Happy Tax Day! As you may know by now, there are few bigger San Francisco 49ers homers than Marcus and Darryl, so who better to discuss, without any bias, the recent disturbing headlines involving the team? The guys will breakdown the Aldon Smith, Colin Kaepernick, and Chris Culliver stories individually, and ask whether the collection of incidents reflect in any way on head coach Jim Harbaugh, as well as the 49ers organization. Should Roger Goodell be heavy-handed with any punishment? Was there a rush to judgment in any of the three stories by the media and other parties? How will these stories impact the team once the season starts? Find out tonight at 8pm, PST. Tune in!

It seems bullying is everywhere. We are actively addressing it in schools, in communities, and in families…and now also workplaces. Over the past several years, there has been a deluge of information about workplace bullying, some accurate and some not so much. In order to effectively address bullying, we need to ensure we have valid and reliable information. In this program, we will put on our researcher hats and examine what we know empirically about workplace bullying in terms of its prevalence, nature, antecedents, and consequences.
Dr. Loraleigh Keashly is an associate professor in the Dept. of Communication at Wayne State University, Detroit. Her current research focus is the nature, effects and amelioration of uncivil and bullying behaviors in the workplace with a particular interest in the role of organizational structure and culture in the facilitation or prevention and management of these behaviors. She has a particular interest in developing bystander efficacy to address negative work relationships. She has also focused her recent attention on the academic environment and works with universities on these issues. Her work has appeared in several top-tier academic journals. She has been a consultant to organizations and an expert witness on cases of workplace bullying and hostility.

A little bit about history, And the Alabama Flaggers.
A Confederate page where you can Express Your Southern Pride! God BLESS DIXIE AND THE REBEL FLA...G AND ALL OF THE CONFEDERATE SOLDIERS WHO DIED FOR OUR SOUTHERN STATES. Keep those flags flying high and proud!
No, I'm no more racist than the next person. The fact is that the War between the states A had very little to do with slavery. In fact, it had nothing to with slavery until 1863 when Lincoln used it as a political agenda to save his sorry, dictator wannabe butt.
The War Between the States was about state rights. The north was imposing tariffs out the wazoo on the south. Illegal tariffs, I might add.
Sure, the south wasn't perfect; who is? All I'm saying is that they were the ones ultimately in the right in that 19th century fiasco and they took the flack for it because the winners write the history books. No the true history is written by warriors.
If you want to argue with me, please, argue intelligently. I loath hippies.
Just remember two things: 1) THE NORTHERN STATES HAD MANY SLAVES; 2)The emancipation proclamation claimed (because it had no legal authority) to free only the slaves in the "rebelling states." Northerners were free to keep their slaves until the 13th Amendment.
Why does it matter? Because a lot of heroes died trying to defend the Constitution of the United States of America, which was, at the time, still the Supreme Law of the Land in most cases. After this atrocity more commonly known as the "Civil War," all clauses and amendments regarding states rights have been ignored in every case that didn't directly benefit the federal government.
It's always important to realize when, where, and how freedoms were eroded. We're supposed to learn from the past, not turn a blind eye.

An urgent message. We need to change. Now! It's a problem of too many people, diminishing resources, human greed, rampant consumerism, and massive development of the few remaining untouched places like the rainforests. Our utopian fantasy doesn't necessarily require something to be done, but rather so many things for us to refrain from doing. That's the first step. Let's preserve what we have before greedy individuals and corporations gobble it up.
