"Who made you judge and jury" Part II

    in The Bible

    Inspirational Wednesday - Hosted by Dianne Adams - September 2, 2015 @ 8:30 pm

"Who made you judge and jury"  Part II

    Matthews 7:1-12

It has been said that when you point a finger at someone they are several pointing back at you. Many people use this verse in an attempt to silence their critics, interpreting Jesus’ meaning as “You don’t have the right to tell me I’m wrong.”  They know that their actions don’t line up with the Word of God, but they don’t but feel you have the right to call them out or maybe they know something about you that don’t line up either.

  • Packers new colors are Black and Blue after injury bug this pre-season

    in Sports

After a heartbreaking NFC Championship loss, the Green Bay Packers were one of the favorites to play in Super Bowl 50.  They resigned Randall Cobb, returned all offensive starters, including reigning NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers. On draft day, they added another weapon, Ty Montgomery from Stanford.  Before camp, Montgomery was nothing more than a rookie on the depth chart.  The wide receiver unit was solid, with Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, and DeVante Adams rounding out the top three.  There were talks of Mike McCarthy possibly keeping six wide receivers, on the roster.

Jared Abbrederis was the first victim of injury, in the wide receiver unit, suffering a concussion.  Then Jordy Nelson tore his ACL, and now Randall Cobb injured his shoulder.  Nelson is out for the year, and Cobb's return is unknown.  He suffered a minor AC joint sprain. Bigger injuries loom as Bryan Bulaga sprained his ankle, and has had a history of injuries.  Micah Hyde left the game with a neck injury.

  • Pray For America's 3rd Great Awakening

    in Prayer

Have you noticed God's hand is already at work to bring the people of God back to dependency on Him?  The War Room Movie brings home the message those who name the name of Christ must latch onto.  If you have not seen it you will be encouraged and strenghtened by it, it is still playing in many theaters through Thursday at least in the Middle Tennessee area.

America's best hope is not in the 2016 election, that that will be a barometer for where we are.  The answer, contrary to many, is dependency... on God.  2 Chronicles 16:9 says "For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him."  God has blessed our nation, and once we are broken, dependent upon Him, we can be again.  We need to stop fighting God's fights, we are not big enough for that.  We must do battle on our knees.

The purpose of this program is to share with you the listener, to all that have an ear to hear, the solutions to America's rebellion.  Please share this message, take courage and fight the battles God rightly places in our paths.

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people”. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” – John Adams

America is beyond human help. That means restoration, if it is possible, can only happen when it is to and FOR His Glory.  Read more at 3rdGA.org  |  David Virkler Messages
