    Our Guest: Tony DeBlois was born weighing 1 lb., ¾ oz. But that was only the first obstacle that he had to overcome. Tony is also blind and autistic, with Savant Syndrome.This 41-year-old pianist from Randolph, MA, who has been playing piano since age two, was the subject of a movie inspired by actual events in Tony’s life. “Journey of the Heart,” with Cybil Shepard, was a 1997 CBS made-for-TV movie of the week. Additionally, he has appeared on 2 Catholic Global Showcase Specials (2001) and The Learning Channel’s “Uncommon Genius,” Strange Science “Unusual People,” and “Understanding the Mysteries of Memory.” Tony graduated magna cum laude from Berklee College of Music. In addition to piano and organ, he plays harmonica, guitar, harpsichord, English hand bells, violin, banjo, drums, saxophone, clarinet, ukulele, mandolin, flute and trumpet.     Josh McGee - Head Coach And Ben Skradski QB Reagan Raiders Football Team

    Josh McGee is the head football coach of the Reagan Raiders program. A Lewisville NC native, Josh was a former prep standout QB for the West Forsyth Titans. McGee continued his playing career as a starting QB for the Rams of Winston Salem St University. Prior to taking over the Head coach position at Reagan, McGee served as an assistant football coach for the Reagan Raiders as well head wrestling coach. After a stint as assistant coach at West Forsyth HS, McGee was hired on as head football coach at Reagan HS. From that day on, McGee has wasted no time as he's changed the stigma of that of a loosing program to one the region's top power house football teams. I'll be asking him how he did it as well as his team's preparation for the this Friday's game at Glenn HS. Reagan quarter back Ben Stradski will also be the show as well, will talk about the upcoming game and how he plans to fill the shoes of former Raider's QB standout Jake Easter.

    Talk with Marie Presents Poet Cristina Pena Author of From This Arid Earth

    Today's show features Poet Cristina Pena.  Ms. Pena originally from Denver, Colorado, but currently lives in New York City, where she teaches adult education classes in the Bronx. She is a queer, mixed-race woman, and as such much of her work explores voice, identity, and power. Her poems have been featured in a number of magazines and anthologies, and she published a full-length collection in Spring 2014. She was also featured poet at the Mass Poetry Festival in Salem, MA.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature and teaching her dog silly tricks. She shares some of the poems from the book.
