    WW RVA's Special Guest for today is Jane Helfrich. Jane has been the Chief Executive Officer of Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity since December 2011. Prior to that she was the VP of Resource Development at Better Housing Coalition for three years, and the executive director of the Junior League of Richmond for nine years. Jane has worked in the Richmond nonprofit community as a volunteer and professional for 40 years. She started her fund raising career as a volunteer at the Junior League of Richmond and her first professional fund raising & marketing position was at Friends Association for Children.

    This weeks guest is Candace Lutzow-Felling, Director of Education, State Arboretum of Virginia/Blandy Experimental Farm
    VSELA Executive Committee NSTA Board of Directors, Director of Informal Science Education. Candace was raised in Chicago. She grew up climbing trees and enjoying the view of her world from up high. After high school, she left the city to attend college at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. There she learned to forage for edible wild plants to supplement her meager income.
    This combination of a practical need for sustenance, proximity to the Shawnee National Forest with a high plant biodiversity, and an enthusiastic group of botanists who invited her to accompany them into the field encouraged Candace to pursue both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in botany.

    This weeks guest is Todd Nuckols A four-time software entrepreneur over the past 15 years, Todd has developed successful companies in mobile, analytic and business intelligence sectors. He was Vice President of Product Development for LocusOne Communications that sold for $40 million to Aether Systems in 1999. He went on in 2001 to help establish EnterBridge and its division Advanous as a leader in SaaS pricing and margin management analytics (EnterBridge.com and Advanous.com) where he served initially as Chief Technology Officer and currently serves as Vice President of Business Development. In 2006, he founded his own company, Zua Scene, in semantic web intelligence that led to a collaboration spawning Canvas Solutions (gocanvas.com) where he serves on the Board of Advisors.

    TSS Live! from the Coalition Theater, RVA

    in Soccer

    The first ever live edition of the Total Soccer Show was recorded at the Coalition Theater in Richmond, Virginia.

    Laura, Albert, Daryl and Taylor debated Liverpool vs Manchester United, played trivia games with audience members and closed the show with the Wikipieda Game.

    Thanks to the American Outlaws Richmond Chapter and Strictly Soccer for providing prizes, and huge thanks to everyone who attended.
