Running a Marathon is tough, when it takes 5 hours, even tougher. Richard Diaz shares tips with a runner who struggles to break the 5 hour barrier. Marathon Running Tips that focus on what to do and how to feed when the race takes longer than planned.
Look at any major Marathon and you’ll see that greater than half of the participants run within the 5 hour range. This may be because more and more people are meeting the challenge than ever before. Unfortunately, there is little information provided for these runners. Most of what is written on training focuses on runners who hope to run in the sub-4 hour finish time. One of our listeners asked that we address this problem and serve up some running tips. If you are running a marathon for the first time, or have struggled when you are beyond 20 miles, this show is for you!

Tonight we look at the Light and shadows of Hanukkah. We can we as Believers in Yeshua/Jesus learn from the Festival of Lights.
Getting back to basics by examining the Word of God and, especially, the Book of Acts Church, The Porch Online Bible Study is taking a deeper look into how the early church served the Lord.
Our desire is to find and restore the priesthood of the Believer and the world shaking influence the Early Church had. By delving deeper into scripture we will find the Church the Lord intended and not the one man created.
The Church Age is not over and therefore what took place in the Upper Room is as much for now as it was on the Day of Pentecost. If you know that there is more to your spiritual walk with Yeshua/Jesus and you want more then you are welcome to join us on this journey as we get back to basics!

When the Roman Emperor Constantine declared his conversion to Christianity it was the beginning of Christianity’s dominance as a religion. Sadly, this also marked the beginning of pagan and Satanic practices replacing the teaching of Jesus and his Apostles. Nowhere is this discrepancy seen more than in the Holidays observed by the Christians of today. And although many, if not most of Christians are fully aware of the Pagan origins of Christmas; this knowledge has done little to deter them from celebrating faithfully each year. But if all of the so-called Christian Holidays observed today have roots in paganism, it begs the question – What Holidays did Jesus and our early Church fathers observe. And if Biblical testimony can provide us with the answer, then why are so many still in bondage to the corrupt traditions of men? Join us today for another installment of “From Darkness to Light” As we further expose the wicked Conspiracy to replace the Holy Days of the God with the so-called Holidays of the Devil!
We air programs on Blog Talk Radio at the following times: Sun 2:00pm, Mon 8:00pm, Tue 8:00pm, Wed 7:00pm, Thur 8:00pm, Fri 7:00pm & Sat 9:00am. All times are Eastern Standard Time.

The day we have been waiting for has arrived! We have our first serious move by a potential Presidential candidate. Jeb Bush has announced the formation of an "Exploritory Committee" . In other words..."I'm running!"
What a smart move. Not that his announcement will guarantee a win, but it places him the position of the one to beat. The battle to beat Bush is two fold: 1. The Battle of the Bucks". and 2. He is now the top dog, at least for now.
Today, we will all join together "In the Pickle Barrel" to take an indepth look at the possible GOP candidate list. Why are they considering to join this fight? Who really has a chance? Which candidate possible candidates WILL NOT jump in the race? Who will ultimately win the GOP nomination?
Let the games begin!
See you at 8AM-10AM EST "In the Pickle Barrel".
