We welcome Lydsay Bayuk, Director of Product at Infusionsoft, to discuss their 2014 Small Business Market survey.
They surveyed nearly 850 American small businesses — half were Infusionsoft customers, half were people who had never used Infusionsoft. They worked with Audience Audit™, a research provider that specializes in attitudinal segmentation, to craft a series of attitudinal questions in order to gain a deeper understanding of the modern small business.
The results were stunning — despite the many similarities in terms of gender, income, company size and more, we found dramatically different opinions about what it means to be a small business owner. They segmented them into four attitudinal—based profiles: Freedom Seekers, Passionate Creators, Struggling Survivors and Legacy Builders.

The way you get around today is changing. By that I mean our modes of transportation are morphing in ways we never thought possible. Much of the change behind the way we travel can be credited to innovative ideas. Think about it. We are about to enter a new phase that will allow Vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure capabilities to collect massive amounts of data that can be shared with all drivers, making journeys safer and better for everyone on the road. Organizations of all sizes are coming together to create safe, efficient and seamless experiences for drivers, but the question still remains: how do we accelerate this innovation to create an even better future for transportation?
Earlier this month, Xerox attended the Intelligent Transportation Systems World Congress 2014 conference in Detroit to explore the thinking on that very question.
Joining us to talk more about their time at the show and the future of transportation are Ken Philmus, senior vice president of Xerox’s Government and Transportation Sector, and Richard Harris, solutions director for Xerox’s International Government and Transportation Sector.

Sometimes when I'm dealing with folks involved in this business I get some of the craziest perception of what some feel the music business is about ( I mean really crazy). At the end of the day the music business is about sales and the best way to get around the politics is by doing your job and playing your role.
People sometimes think that this business is about the money but this business is really about ego, politics and power. Sometimes someone who has money becomes a target because the industry is full of middlemen who charging to cross the bridge is just business to them. Call in tonight and join the discussion
