It's the first of many times in the next few months that we'll probably be using the word's "Best Movie of the Year", though I think this week is said most in earnest. Gravity the stuck in space drama featuring George Clooney and Sandra Bullock is drawing comments from "Best movie of the Year" to "Pushing the bounds of cinema!". Then we have Justin Timberlake facting up against Ben Affleck in the off-shore gambling thriller Runner, Runner.
This week, the Gang discusses the online gambling "thriller" Runner Runner and it's weak box office performance, the end of the player-to-player transfer in the United States, and the success of Maryland Live. And of course, they end the show with the most degenerate 30 minutes in podcasting, picking every game of the NFL schedule against the spread.
Ben Affleck and Justin Timberlake face-off in the "Poor kid neds to pay his Ivy league tuition" movie Runner, Runner. Also on the slate is the Irish indie horror flick Dark Touch, and Dario Argento's take on the Dracula tale in Dracula 3D. Venturing beyond our usual border's we'll be taking a minute to talk about how GTAV has taken over some of our lives, and wether or not Marvel's: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D lives up to the standard that Marvel has set for their live action entertainment.
This week INSIDEtrack will sit down with Shannon Leinert, an 800 meter runner for the Oregon Track Club's Elite team. Shannon isn't just a runner, but also an entrepreneur, blooger, and maybe a writer? We will explore all this in more as Shannon discusses ZAMboost, Finding Your Stride: Engene to Rio, and much more right here on INSIDEtrack
Join us for the first "Wansbutter and Wansbutter" edition of Swords and Space. Nicholas and his father, Richard -- the man who got him started on science fiction -- will this week discuss Ridley Scott's classic film Blade Runner.
We will also talk about the novel that inspired the film, Philip K. Dyck's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?

It’s true, over 70% of the running community battles with injuries that are due in great part to improper running styles and generally bad advice. Activities Many new runners head out with good intentions and admiral goals, but often find themselves overwhelmed or unenthused with the progress of their new activity. Why is that? Running is often the first choice of new fitness enthusiasts because of the low start-up costs, the fact that you can do it just about anywhere, and there are no long term dues or fees associated with running. One sport that hasn't been hurt by the bad economy is running. Buy some shorts and a T-shirt and a good pair of running shoes and you're good to go. How hard can it be, right?
Because of the low cost and ease of access, many new runners aren't prepared mentally or physically for the new demands they're about to put on their bodies and well as the time investment needed. All good things come in time and running is definitely one of those "good things." Here are 10 tips to help ensure success with your new adventure into running.
