This episode will examine how the Lord Jesus is calling His chosen remnant to consecrate themselves, and prostrate themselves before the Lord Jesus in prayer, fasting, and the reading and studying of His Holy Word. It is time that we who call on the name of The Lord Jesus allow the Holy Spirit to fill us to overflowing in these last days. We are called a royal priesthood, and we are called to be salt and light to a lost and dying world. It is high time that we who are of the household of faith turn our whole hearts, minds, souls, and strength over to Jesus. We must take up our cross daily in humble service to our Lord.

As believers, we are called "kings and priests" and a "royal priesthood" as a reflection of our privileged status as heirs to the kingdom of the Almighty God and of the Lamb. Because of this privileged closeness with God, no other earthly mediator is necessary. We are called by God to serve Him by offering up spiritual sacrifices, i.e., being a people zealous for good works. As priests of the living God, we are all to give praise to the One who has given us the great gift of His Son's sacrifice on our behalf, and in response, to share this wonderful grace with others.
The Lord has impressed upon my heart that we have more than enough people running around, pontificating and "teaching" their own brand of Christianity. Week after week, I have admonished you to "be a Berean" and to study the Word of God for yourselves. The result of this study should be a deeper relationship with the Lord.
With that said, I am suspending my "teachings", for a season, in favor of a dialog. A "Potluck," if you will. Everyone is encouraged to join us for the sharing of what God has impressed upon our hearts during the previous week's Bible study. Like a potluck, we will be bringing and sharing the "dishes" of God's Word that He prepared in our hearts. No one is greater or lesser at a potluck; just a loving sharing and discussion of ourselves and God's Word.
Join us as we immerse ourselves in the depth of understanding the Word of God. The phone lines will be open for your questions and/or comments live on air at (347) 996-5426. We also have a chat room for those that prefer to communicate via chat.
See you there!!!
