    Our guests this morning are Jeff Weigel, James Jackman, Dr. Nasrin, Rick Mendoza, Dr. Vicki Radel and Jim Stickler, all members of Redondo Beach Rotary.


    Dr. Vicki Radel is steeped in Peaceful negotiations - her Conflict Resolution/Anger Management focused private practice is located in Palos Verdes. 


    Before retiring earlier this year Jeff Weigel had a 40-year career in semiconductors and electronics sales and marketing. In 2001, he co-founded the Road Warrior Group.. 


    James Jackman has extensive experience in starting up and managing businesses as well as mentoring and coaching others who strive to improve their leadership and attain their personal, professional, and business aspirations.   


    Jim Stickler has been a Rotarian for over 3 years and recently transferred from Oak Park, Illinois to Redondo Beach California. He is currently the Club Web Master and Chairperson of the Community Services committee.  .


    Dr. Nasrin Moghadasian is the owner of Body Care Spine & Nerve Center and her private practice has been located in Redondo Beach for the last 15 years.  She is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in prenatal patient care. 


    Rick Mendoza joined Rotary in 1986. He was club president in 1993-1994and served as District Governor in 2002-2003. In 2009 he was recognized with Rotary International’s highest award the “Service Above Self” award.  


    This morning we’ll be discussing the various connections between the Redondo Beach Chamber and Rotary and how much they accomplish within the community.

    Youth Action Michigan, with Chapters in Detroit, Ypsilanti and Jackson is dedicated to organizing students to address, challenge and be a voice against School Push Out, Zero Tolerance Policies and the School-To-Prison Pipeline. Through Youth Action Radio, students from accross Michigan will take up important topics to kids in schools, give youth a voice to insert their ideas, proposed solutions and experiences in School.     Coalition For Global Peace To Rally Youth For Peace At African Festival

    The Black Lives Matter campaign is expanding to a global peace movement, to be launched this weekend in Chicago at the African Festival of the Arts. The aim is to draw frustrated, angry youth who are exploding into acts of violence. Organizers say young people can be helped to channel their frustration into an effective movement for peace. Dr. Bambata Shakoor Abdullah discusses the strategy to attract young people to the new peace movement.

    Youth Ministers Day on the Voice of Joy
