    This series provides eight different ways to cleanse our physical bodies of toxins and emotional bodies of fear.


    Cleansing is an art form when properly integrated into daily life.  Given we cleanse our bodies with every breath we take or cup of water we drink, cleansing in an act we do every minute of our lives.


    Our second (of eight) cleanse classes continues the work started in our first class by embracing tools to release the need to judge or be judged.

    Peter T. Coleman is an expert in the field of conflict resolution; researching, writing, practicing and teaching on it for over 20 years. His work as a scientist, educator, mediator, and organizational conflict consultant set the stage for Making Conflict Work. Dr. Coleman holds a Ph.D. in Social/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, where he today serves as Professor of Psychology and Education and holds a joint-appointment in Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College and at The Earth Institute. Dr. Coleman is Director of the Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution at Teachers College, Columbia University, Chair of Columbia University’s Advanced Consortium on Cooperation, Conflict, and Complexity, and a research affiliate of the International Center for Complexity and Conflict at The Warsaw School for Social Psychology.     


    Stephen Kotev is a Washington D.C. based conflict resolution consultant offering mediation, negotiation and facilitation services, conflict coaching, training and somatic education to private and government clients. He holds a Master of Science degree from George Mason University’s School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution and a black belt in the Japanese martial art of Aikido. Stephen is a nationally recognized expert on how to maintain your performance under pressure and the Chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution’s Taskforce on Safety in ADR.

    Dalton Dismukes is a junior at the University of Alabama and a candidate for Chairman of the College Republican Federation of Alabama. He currently serves as State Political Director to the Federation. Dalton is a grass roots activist among Alabama politics, and has worked on numerous campaigns from local judge races to Federal races such as US House and US Senate in many states.

    Dalton is 20 years old and is a political science major, and also leads the Young Republicans of Tuscaloosa, in Alabama.

    This show is about sovereignty. Sovereignty in the home, in our local communities, and in our States as well as our Nation. CommonCore, CSCOPE, ObamaCare, the EPA, BLM, and a plethora of other schemes and government agencies are trying hard to take away our rights and freedoms.

    Mark Clasen, MD, PhD is the Retired Chair of Family Medicine, Wright State University.  Dr Jonas will interview him about his career and his reflections on his years as Department Chair.  Dr Clasen has been in Academic Medicine in several states and decades, including time with the famous Arthur Guyton, PhD (of Guyton's Medical Physiology).


    Dr Jonas and Dr Clasen worked together at Ohio State and Wright State (but Dr Clasen was the boss) and may reminisce a bit on this show.

She completed medical school at Texas Tech University where she participated in adoptive cellular therapy research and was active with policy and education for the Health Sciences Center. Also, she was the AAMC representative for the school.  For her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology she chose the University of Tennessee, Memphis.



    Dr. Sayago's medical interests include basic reproductive endocrinology, infertility, general obstetrics and gynecology, pediatric and adolescent gynecology. Her focus is to provide personalized and caring medicine for women.
