Mind of Mansion Podcast Episode 131: Matt Kelley @fantasy_mansion gets tickled by Mike McCarthy's Jeff Janis feather.
Laying low, because it is too early to celebrate Jeff Janis.
Bad fantasy analysis cannot hide from the RotoUnderworld Radio audience minions.
ADOT as a metric has two purposes: 1. charting a player's degraded speed and explosiveness -- see Jason Witten. 2. Providing a fuller understanding of a player's role in the offense.
Brandin Cooks' ADOT was low b/c he was playing the Y/slot receiver role, not b/c he lacks long speed.
Saints targets lost: 83 (Kenny Stills) + 125 (Jimmy Graham) = 208 total targets.
Kelvin Benjamin's College Dominator Rating was TD-driven via red zone jump balls.
Brandin Cooks is a better receiver than Kelvin Benjamin by every non-size-related measure.
Kelvin Benjamin's ADP is currently buoyed by WR size zealots.
Brandin Cooks was too young to go motor boating with Rob Gronkowski last year.

1. Get outside. Our caveman friends saw lots of daylight; getting up at sunrise and going to sleep at sunset. Exposure to bright sunlight for 30 minutes a day either through sunlight or a light made for this, helps keep your internal clock set. T
2. Aerobic Exercise. 30 minutes at least 3 times a week means those ‘runner’s high’ endorphins get released regularly. It’s also a good way to work through and release stress.
3. Omega-3 fatty acids. 1,000 mg daily. Omega-3’s aid in the brain’s neuron connectivity. Enteric coated capsules help prevent burping the fishy tasting oil but you can also freeze thewhole grains), fish, free range meats, & vegetables and you’re good to go.
4. Sleep. Change your sleep routine so that it’s more conducive to a good night’s rest. Turn your lights down and go to bed at the same time everynight. . Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
5. Socialize. Remember the Amish farmer has his family and community to fall back on for support. There’s no reason you can’t too. Involve yourself with close friends and family.
6. Watch your thinking! Anti-rumination strategy is vital to breaking out of depression and other emotional ruts. Become aware of those times you dwell on the negatives in your life – both real or imagined – and stop them. It takes work and persistence but if you constantly tell yourself to ‘stop it’ you are building a positive habit that will change your life for the better. Whether it’s the jerk who cut you off in traffic or something a little closer to home, don’t give yourself the luxury of a negative thought.
Co-hosts Glo Smith and Adrienne Ross introduce their new Blog Talk Radio show, The Right Voice, by lending their own voices to the important issues currently transpiring in the nation. Crime and punishment, or a lack thereof, seem to be taking over from Baltimore to Texas. Free speech is under fire--literally. And presidential candidates are multiplying with all the pros and cons that accompany them. Let's talk about all of this and more on the inaugural TRV broadcast.
Tune in from 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, June 2, and become part of the conversation by calling in at (646) 200-3715.
We are rocketing into June folks. And, of course, I ain't in this starship alone. Tonight we welcome back accomplished artist Benjamin J. Colon AND the #RiBN's resident evil ginger, Jason Teasley. Teasley wanted to talk this book way back as #SourceMaterial just started out. Benjamin is our own 4 legged arachnid expert, so we knew his input would be essential.
Cletus is his name and Maximum Carnage is his game! Join us tonight at 10 pm as we discuss the first 7 issues of this comic series.
PS - we did not skip episode 30... somehow there are 2 episode #028's out there.... thats what I get for trying to number episodes like comics. I had a stern talk with our editor and this will hopefully not happen again.

The Return of Jizya. Muslim demands for non-Muslim “infidels” to pay jizya on pain of death are growing, even as the West fluctuates between having no clue what jizya is and thinking that jizya is an example of “tolerance” in Islam.
