On today's show I discuss at length the nature of French economic situation and the effects of its impending destabilization. Also, in France, the Jews are leaving after suffering, according to CBN news, the resurgence of great anti-Semitism. Unrest such as this is not uncommon in nations where the economy is in a shambles and I complain that those socialist behaviors that brought them there are the same trends occurring in America today brought to you by the Democrats. I go on to discuss the misinformation brought to you by Fox news in discussing only the anti-immigrant agenda and never offering a differing point of view in favor of immigration reform. To continue offering evidence I present a news article from MSNBC that describes how some undocumented have purchased homes and made lives for themselves. The anti-immigrant agenda is, inherently, a anti-Latino agenda.
The fight for smaller government and more freedom continues on so many different fronts. So, what can you do? Shane Krauser talks about numerous issues, including:
1. New York's "shut up" rule is an infringement on the First Amendment, as individuals should not be required to jump through certain hoops in order to communicate their political message.
2. Sean Hannity takes on Anjem Choudary, a radical Imam, says Sharia law is coming to America. What does the Constitution say about that and what can we do?
3. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal has filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education, charging that the federal government coerced states into adopting Common Core educational standards. What does the rule of law say and how do we counter these efforts?
4. A Missouri Tea Party staged a "buycott" in Ferguson, Missouri and magically perceptions of the Tea Party changed. What does the Tea Party stand for anyways?
5. Chris Matthews of MSNBC's "Hardball" detests Burger King's interest in moving their headquarters to Canada in order to avoid America's corporate tax rate (35%). What does it mean to be free anyways?

Shane Krauser takes on issues that will touch you right at the core, including:
1. What does it mean to be free anyways? We talk about open and honest dialogue, but so many want to stop the dialogue when there is disagreement.
2. MSNBC's Joe Scarborugh went off on certain advocates of the Second Amendment and the founders after a nine-year old child killed a firearms instructor in Arizona. Shane and his co-hosts respond with a heavy hand pertaining to the silliness of Scarborough's argument.
3. Buckley Merrill, the chairman of the East Valley Tea Party in Mesa, Arizona, appears in studio to talk about the grassroots organizations, the problems, and their victories.
4. Government is too big, and here is the evidence.
Dr. Aletha Maybank is a young, highly respected physician on a mission. Her professional and volunteer life reflects her passion to improve the quality of health in various communities - in New York City, nationally, and abroad. Dr. Maybank is highly sought after for her expertise in preventive medicine, food and fitness, maternal and child he...alth, cancer, HIV/AIDS, community health, and health inequities. Currently, Dr. Maybank is an Assistant Commissioner at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. She is also a founding board member of the Artemis Medical Society (an international mentoring, networking, and advocacy organization of over 2,500 Black female physicians). The double-board certified physician is also co-founder of the "We Are Doc McStuffins" movement, a movement founded by African American female physicians who were inspired by the Disney Junior character Doc McStuffins (see link below). In 2010, Dr. Maybank served on two medical mission trips to Haiti to assist in the post-earthquake relief efforts. While there, she provided direct health care to child survivors. In an effort to make health an accessible topic "wherever one lives, works, plays, and prays," Dr. Maybank created the blog, On Call in the City.
In the media circuit, Dr. Maybank has appeared or been profiled on MSNBC's Melissa Harris-Perry show, BET's 106 & Park, HuffPost Live, Our World with Black Enterprise, FOX 5 NY Good Day Street Talk, and various other outlets. We have the full crew - all four of us - as we're winding down to the unofficial close of summer towards Labor Day weekend. We have several topics to discuss
- The media politicized a funeral for a thug
- A woman has her Obama statue stolen - terrible
- We look at Naked and Afraid
- And our end of summer discussion plus Burger King?
.This episode will discuss the closing of Bauder College and the illegal and unethical acts committed by Graham Holdings and Kaplan, Inc. Bauder College is a private, for profit college located in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a division of Graham Holdings ("GHC") and Kaplan, Inc. (Kaplan Higher Education ("KHE"). The closing of Bauder College will not resolve the issues faced by inner city, urban and rural American students, which includes student loan default rates and unemployment. Most of these students will not be accepted by other colleges or universities and many will be left with nowhere to turn. The cost of attending Kaplan University is greater than the attendance at Bauder and the majority of other colleges and universities. Our government has failed these vulnerable populations and sit idle while Kaplan became a billion dollar for profit educational industry who knowingly targeted the most vulnerable population in this country with abusive practices that were used to target inner city, urban and rural poor Americans.
PART 2: IEP and Special Need Students
While the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is not in effect in higher education and colleges have no legal responsibility to identify students with disabilities, the "Gainful Employment" standards does require colleges to idenitify students unlikely to succeed in college and colleges are prohibited from knowingly enrolling students in their programs under these circumstances. Bauder/Kaplan knowingly and intentionally enrolled students from IEP high school programs, knowing that they lacked the educational, mental, emotional and pyschological means to succeed academically or in the workplace.
