1985 is known as "The Year of the Spy" for good reason. Numerous Americans were arrested that year in treason and espionage cases, including such notables as John Walker and his "Family of Spies," Edward Lee Howard, and Ronald Pelton. However, clearly the strangest of the 1985 espionage arrests was that of Jonathan Pollard and his wife Anne, who were charged with spying for Israel. While most of the famous 1980s spy cases involved long-term investigations running for years, the Pollard case ran less than two weeks from first report to the actual arrests. Even stranger however, was that the investigation began as a simple look into the mishandling of classified documents by Pollard, with the treason/espionage charges developing only at the very end.
To learn more about the bizarre story of the Jonathan Pollard spyhunt, join military/intelligence historian, author and journalist John D. Gresham (@greshamj01) for Military Monday (#MilitaryMonday @ @WriteStream) at 1 p.m. Eastern. His guest this week will be former NIS/NCIS Special Agent Ronald Olive, who headed the Pollard investigation back in 1985. Olive is the author of the US Naval Institute Press book (@USNIBooks) CAPTURING JONATHAN POLLARD. Together they will explain the bizarre story and life of Jonathan Pollard, and the incredible twists and turns of that two week investigation. Listeners are encouraged to call in to offer questions and opinions, on what will be a lively hour on Military Monday.

Tonight our very special guest is the iconic Anthony Hilder.
As a Talk Show Host, Investigative Journalist and War Correspondent, Anthony has done approximately 17,000 interviews over the past 30 years along with 21 video documentaries, working 24/7 to bring his dream of a Free World into being.
Always controversial, always original, always in the fight for freedom as he continues his life-long goal of freeing the World's people from the nightmare that has been brought about through Big Brother and the international banking cabal in their efforts to bring about a New World Order.
My discussion with Anthony was wide ranging and fascinating as he offers his decades of insight on Hillary Clinton’s agenda, political decadence, societal dysfunction, Vladimir Putin, his time during the Hollywood scene and finishing up with the conspiracies around the assassinations of Robert F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King.
One footnote before we get started, Anthony suffered a stroke two years ago which he is still recovering from. His continued perseverance and dedication to his cause speaks for itself.
Join Ronald A. Edwards and Don Allen for another episode of The Ron and Don Show. This week both hosts will talk about the killing in Minneapolis as well as what's happening in Ferguson, MO. Tune in at 8:30 p.m. to hear the best in Black Talk Radio on #BlogTalkRadio.
It is unlikely the town of Ferguson, Missouri will change in our lifetimes. The mainstream media has portrayed Ferguson, Missouri as a town of rioter’s and looter dismissing the fact the town of 21,203 (2010 census) is in a crisis. In a report from ArchCity Defenders — a legal group that “works to break the cycle of ‘revolving door justice’ in the St. Louis metropolitan area” — reveals that in 2013, “the Ferguson Municipal Court disposed 24,532 warrants and 12,018 cases, or about 3 warrants and 1.5 cases per household.” In Ferguson, the “majority (67%) of [the city's 21,203] residents are African-American” and “22% of residents live below the poverty level.” Despite Ferguson’s relative poverty, fines and court fees comprise the second largest source of revenue for the city, a total of $2,635,400 [...] According to a court employee, the docket for an average court session may include as many as 1,500 cases. Assuming an 80% conviction rate, the average fine in a case resulting in a guilty verdict would be $275.The local carnage happening over the last month and a half is a direct representation of what being poor, black and broke looks like in a town with no opportunities to rise beyond the mundane.

Shane Krauser takes on numerous issues involving freedom, the Constitution, and small government, including:
1. Elections are important, but what does it mean to be a small-government conservative anyways?
2. Is the Department of Education constitutional? President Reagan fought against it, while President Carter embraced it. Who is right? What does the Constitution say and why does it matter? Congressman Jim Bridenstine (OK) speaks out, and his message must be heard.
3. President Barack Obama is talking about appointing a federal police czar in light of the events in Ferguson, Missouri. What are the implications and what does the Constitution say?
4. One Texas School District (Argyle) has decided to arm its teachers. Good idea or bad idea?
5. Chicago's crime rate has dropped since they began issuing concealed weapon permits? Listen in to hear this great discussion revolving around common sense.

Is the glass half empty, half full, or merely twice as large as it needs to be?
Are we living in an era plagued by the Chinese curse: "May you live in interesting times"? We seem to be surrounded by riots, revolutions, wars, hatred, threats of war, and dysfunctional governments.
