in the summer of 87 the biggest sci-fi movie came out and it was call robocop half man half robot all law. and it was a hit at the box offices and then two more came out and then the tv shows and the tv movies. robocop was it he was every were. but now in winter of 2014 the remake is coming out and it going be crap. they should leave this one alone and never redid it. in this one robocop outfit looks like batman with iron man. and robocop was never that. he was hand made cop. who stood for the law but later on alex remember who he was and went after his killers and bring justice to the city. bring down the crime in the city and even what he stand for what alex stood for. and later on in the first movie he takes on being alex murphy and not robocop after he learns who he is. now the remake is going a different way with it and the on how he becomes robocop. like i said they should left it alone and never remade it. cause the first one all time classic sci-fi movie. cause it made u think if they could make a real robocop and i think they could with today stuff.

We'll be letting you know if this remake works, and if it's worth your time. We'll also be responding to listener emails, taking questions (that's right, we now have the technology), looking at the Oscars, and probably a lot more.
We may also be playing some interview clips from the cast and crew of RoboCop, assuming anyone has anything interesting to say.
Wlecome back #SourceMaterial faithful. Tonight's episode is a tale of 2 of the late 80's greatest sci-fi action franchises smashed together in a story told by FRANK MILLER and drawn by WALT SIMONSON! Has to be awesome... right? Well... Ronnie, Cole, and I find out that isn't so much the case.
i went go see the remake of robocop and i got say it suck big time they should left it alone. they didn't follow the 87 movie they went with different idea and different story here on how he becomes robocop and were the parts come from and why ocp pick him plus who idea it was to put him in the suite. they do play the 87 theme but they updated and it only use when the news go off the air i am like what how come they don't use it when he is robocop on the streets taking care of crime. but the thing that got me is when he is robocop ocp watches every moves he makes and how he take the crime down. but the thing that really got me is he on a motorcycle and not in police car i am like um how come he not in car. nothing can beat the 87 film this doesn't even come close on what the 87 film was showing. the thing is if u haven't seen the 87 movie before u go see this one u got sit down and watch it before u go see this one. then u know what going on with ocp and police. if u don't watch it and just watch this one u think this one is awesome well your wrong. cause the 87 film is so much better then this one was. they really screw this one up when they made it. peter weller didn't even like it.

It's remake week on the PDC Podcast with two 80s classics, one a raunchy sex and love comedy and the other a sci-fi epic about a dead cop come back to life as a law enforcing cyborg!. Of course I'm talking about Robocop starring Joel Kinneman and About Last Night starring Michael Ealy, Joy Bryant, Kevin Hart, and Regina Hall. I think you'll be pretty surprised at what we thought so make sure to tune in!
ok why is hollywood remaking two cult classic films the crow which start brandon lee in 94 and robocop which star peter weller in the summer of 87. there been talk lately that there going remake the crow which to me doesn't need to be remade. the first one is all time cult classic with brandon lee. the way they film it and it was base underground comic book base by jame o barr. the story goes man and woman where kill in there loft on halloween night and they where going get married. then bunch of thugs which is lead by t-bird rapes and kill eric girlfriend while he was laying half dead and watching the whole thing. year later he returns from the grave and goes after t-bird and his thugs to get his revenge on them. and the movie start the late brandon lee and he die while making it.
now with robocop which came out in the summer of 87 it became a cult classic sci-fi action movie. and it main star was peter weller. in this movie peter weller plays a cop and the cops are own by a company call ocp. and there trying come up with a new a cop which doesn't eat or sleep. so that means a robot cop. they try with ed-209 and it fail so a cop hero name alex murphy dies in line of duty and then ocp turns him into robocop. but the problem they had is that when they put alex murphy in the suite they also gave him his feelings and he starts to remembers his wife and kid. so he goes after the people that kill him and wants answers. so why remake these cult classic films cause hollywood running out of ideas. these remakes are going suck and the robocop remake is going suck even more.
