We lived 500 years ago...cursed by the evil Spectar because he was jealous of our music and celebrity...he cursed us into ugly little grimps , and banished us from society for eternity until one day our friend, Magic Alex found a spell to change us back to humans, but only from sunset to sunrise...and yes,...one glich...we are still tiny people, but still handsome and cute. With that we had the chance to come back out again to society with our new music....and with 500 years of practice we're here to kick some butt, and dare I say it...become the biggest band in the world...Boy & Girls...here we are...

Insulin also helps muscles rebuild, but without adequate carbohydrate consumption, muscle cells can become insulin resistant. And protein consumed without carbohydrates is less efficient. That's why you should consume carbohydrates and protein during a workout.
By consuming carbohydrates during exercise, you can increase insulin production and reduce cortisol's response. With less cortisol produced, you'll have less muscle breakdown. Protein allows for sustained energy and helps the body recover faster. Liquid meals, such as a protein smoothie with fruit, are beneficial during this important rebuilding stage because they are easily digested.
Between workouts, carbohydrates and protein work together to fully replenish muscle energy stores and build new muscle. To reap the most benefit, consume carbs and protein at each meal and snack.
The protein recommendation for a strength athlete is 0.9 to 1.2 grams per pound of bodyweight. Different types of protein—whey and casein—help build muscle. Whey is fast acting and best consumed during and immediately following a workout. Casein is more slowly digested. It's great to take before bed to help minimize muscle loss during the overnight fast. (Learn more about the differences between whey and casein protein.)
Here are daily recommendations for all food groups, listed as a percentage of total daily calories:
Protein — 21-24 percent
Carbohydrates — 43-46 percent
Fat — 33 percent

What has become the human cost of the spectacle in America now known as Ferguson, Missouri? And what about the life and death consideration? Join us as we analyze the events of the past week in St. Louis and the nationwide attention focused on the death of Michael Brown.
Plus, what is happening in the world besides the situation on the ground in Missouri? In the course of a week, more people have died in ways that we need to talk about, and so we shall.
And is the famed atheist Richard Dawkins out to be the world's most hated atheist? How a tweet about a pro-life issue has landed him in hot water again with many people.
Orlando Activist Co Host Pete Murtha and Host Dave Bourne discuss the injustice system and the oppressive corrupt system of judges, courts, prosecutors and prisons. Where you are guilty until proven innocent, judges make their own judges and interpretations of law and prosecutors only care about getting a conviction not where you are guilty or innocent. Radio Personality Richard Chandler calls in to discuss the prison system and his experiences with it.
The show promotes and discusses the ideas of true freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. Exposing the government for what it is, a mafia that rules only by the threat of force without concent. The show supports peaceful consentual voluntary relationships.Where the people are not robbed, oppressed, controlled and abused under the threat of force and in many cases actual force is used to force compliance.
Governments and it's rulers have no place in the world. I don't want someone else to represent me and make decisions about how I should live my life, when I know what's best for me and can represent myself. I am not a republican, I am not a democrat. I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative. I will not allow you to define me, or force me to join one of your gangs. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. I will stand up to government oppression and do what I can to educate the public on the illusion and or lack of true freedom in America.
