This week's show is kicked off by a man set to fight Hacran Dias on June 28, 2014 at UFC Fight Night 44. Ricardo Lamas is preparing to get back into the cage and knowing Ricardo he is prepared to lay hands on his opponent. We will talk with Ricardo about the things that he took away from his shot at the title, where he took the champ the distance. We will discuss with him if anything will be a permanent change since that camp and how his game mentally and physically has changed since that time. During the Aldo camp Lamas received his Black Belt and we will of course discuss this journey with him and what it means to him as a martial artist.
THUG LIFE!!! No not Tupac, I'm talking our next guest "Thug" Rose Namajunas. That's right one of the biggest characters in the sport is joining us for 30 minutes to talk all things Women's MMA. We will talk to Rose about getting started in the sport and training as a Martial Artist at a young age. We will talk to Rose about her start at Rofusport, and her path to where she is today. Rose is set to be one of the ladies competing on this next season of The Ultimate Fighter, so will talk how she found out about being a part of the show, her thoughts on the ladies that will be competing against her, and who she is looking forward to fighting the most.
Closing out the show is a man who has no problem finishing fights. He has gone undefeated with 4 wins since being signed by the UFC, and Ovince St. Preux has no plans on changing that. Ovince has no mercy when he steps in the cage as everyone saw at UFC 174 against Ryan Jimmo. We will discuss with Ovince where he gets that killer instinct that some fighters lack. Ovince is set to take on Ryan Badder August 16, 2014 at UFC Fight Night: Bader vs. St. Preux. We will discuss with Ovince his upcoming opponent, staying active and taking a fight two months after his last fight, and of course what it means to him to be headlining his first UFC.

Walt "Big Ticket" Harris may have lost his UFC debut to Jared Rosholt at The Ultimate Fighter Finale 18, but he impressed UFC officials enough to earn another fight against Nikita Krylov next month on the UFC on Fox 10 card. Harris dropped Rosholt twice in the first round, but was unable to finish the Team Takedown wrestler.
Todd Duffee has had his share of ups and downs, but when he is healthy he is one of the most dangerous heavyweights in the world. Duffee is looking to make a return to the Octagon in early 2014. He was last seen knocking out Philip De Fries at UFC 155 in December of 2012.
At UFC 169 on February 1 Ricardo Lamas will finally have his opportunity to face UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo and take him the title he has longed for. After being passed over in favor of Frankie Edgar, Anthony Pettis and Chan Sung Jung the UFC has awarded the 31-year-old Chicago native with the title shot he so rightfully deserves. Lamas has won his four bouts which includes victories over Cub Swanson, Erik Koch, Hatsu Hioki and Matt Grice.
Front Row Brian is back and we will discuss what may have been th best heavyweight fight in UFC history. Hunt and Silva battled for five rounds and people are till talking about it. We'll also talk about this weekend's UFC on Fox 9 card which is incredibly stacked with great fights.

With ESPN2's 2015 Boxcino tournaments in the junior middleweight and heavyweight divisions kicking off next month, the participants and draws were announced during "Friday Night Fights."
In the junior middleweight quarterfinals, which will take place Feb. 13 at the Mohegan Sun resort in Uncasville, Connecticut, Cleotis Pendarvis (17-4-2, 6 KOs) will face Ricardo Pinell (10-1-1, 6 KOs), Stanyslav Skorohod (8-0, 6 KOs) will fight Michael Moore (13-0, 6 KOs), Brandon Adams (15-1, 10 KOs) will take on Alex Perez (18-1, 10 KOs) and Vito Gasparyan (14-3-5, 8 KOs) will square off with Simeon Hardy (13-0, 10 KOs).
Adams participated in the 2014 Boxcino middleweight tournament, advancing to the May final but losing a decision to Willie Monroe Jr. Adams is dropping down in weight to be part of the this year's junior middleweight field and will be fighting only a month after he knocked out Lekan Byfield in the second round on Friday night on ESPN2.
