What is Cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy is the use of a brief and intense exposure to cold that triggers the body’s natural healing process. Originally developed for the treatment of inflammation caused by rheumatoid arthritis, cryotherapy provides a wide range of benefits from sports recovery to weight loss, improved skin, better sleep and many more. The results are dramatically quick and surprisingly long lasting. With regular use many have experienced chronic issues resolved permanently.

And a very Merry Christmas... to All!
After the Invocation, ZARAYA shared his destination during last Wednesday's call ... he found himself in Zorra's body at Santa's house! Yes, Zorra was visiting Santa at the time he and Zaraya traded bodies! We remember, last year at Christmas, we learned much about the reality of Santa Claus, and today's call brought more.. We have much to learn about what is really "real" here on our planet! - ZORRA confirmed GCR and debunked the "6 days of darkness NASA hoax." - Did Prince William sign the treaty? Zorra hints of a "coming event" when many nations will be freed from the "Commonwealth of Great Britain" as US is still not free from England. - Can we expect carefree Christmas shopping yet this Christmas? - How to use pyramid power if unable to build a pyramid home? If living in a long trailer? - Was Santa and his reindeer intercepted by six aircraft? - Can Santa speak this Wednesday and maybe talk to the little ones? - Prime Creator planning great Celebration. Q & A: Marriage/divorce in Hollow Earth? How long Zorra/Saryya been together? Telepathy brings understanding? - Is there rejection? - British military plane over Reno? - What to do to save their home from auction block? - What she did... and now has a "Joy" - What causes High Blood Pressure? - Is West Coast to have an earthquake and fall into sea? - Help for rheumatoid arthritis? - HEALING PULSE

Have you gone from healthy to very ill in a short period of time? Maybe it's APS?
Antiphospholipid (AN-te-fos-fo-LIP-id) antibody syndrome (APS) Lupus Anticoagulant (anti-co-ag-u-lant) is an autoimmune disorder. . In APS the body makes antibodies that mistakenly attack phospholipids—a type of fat. Phospholipids are found in all living cells and cell membranes, including blood cells and the lining of blood vessels. When antibodies attack phospholipids, cells are damaged. This damage causes blood clots to form in the body's veins and arteries, vessels which transport blood to and from your heart.
On Monday, 11/3/14 at 8PM Eastern, Dr. Jess Armine will interview James Weedmark, spokesperson for APS International, an organization dedicated to spreading awareness about this condition. His involvement with APS became when he was diagnosed in 2006 after a very long trying time health wise looking for what was causing him so many issues in such a short time frame. Going from being a healthy man, never having a cold, to extremely ill with seizures to multiple visits to emergency rooms. Eventualy he would diagnosed with Lupus anticoagulant, a slightly more aggressive form of Antiphospholipid Syndrome.
He has consented to share his story with us to raise awareness about this dangerous condition. Please join us...as usual, there wil be time for Q&A! See you then!

Dr. Maggie Laidlaw acquired her degrees in human nutrition from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. Her doctoral research was on rheumatoid arthritis and supplementation with anti-inflammatory oils, such as fish and borage seed oil. Maggie was the Associate Director and Clinical Investigator at the Human Nutraceutical Research Unit at the University of Guelph for 4 years before becoming Director of the Clinical Trials Division of Nutrasource Diagnostics Inc. in 2007.
Heard the cue "soften the ribs?" What does that really mean? Also, learn how to cue Double Leg Kicks effectively and why Hamstring Stretch 1 will teach you how to bend forward and stand up. We also discussed how to help people with many conditions enjoy their session while progressing, dealing with ankle pain from previous sprains, osteo versus rheumatoid arthritis and how to get all the spinal movements in with clients that have contraindications.

Did you know your chakras are as individual to YOU as your own fingerprint? During our time with Syl, we will explore a more comprehensive understanding of how the chakras work as ONE enlightened light-stream, within you! These are definitely NOT your grandmother's chakras. Syl helps us make use of this chakra wisdom, with an in-depth, yet simply organic step-by-step approach to personal ChakraTherapy.
Syl is an internationally known teacher in the practical applications of yoga, Chakra Therapy and energy healing. She is the founding-director of the Bodhi Yoga Center (in Provo, Utah) with over 10,000 hours of teaching and study in seven separate yoga modalities. In the fall of 2012 she launched goyogaonline.com, offering Bodhi Yoga’s online yoga classes, workshops and certifications, including 7 Chakras Mind & Body™ in-depth training, worldwide.
Syl is an experiential teacher, who found the deeper layers yoga and chakra healing through a rheumatoid arthritis (RA), fibromayalgia and an invasive cancer diagnosis. Any wisdom that came from healing fibromyalgia, cancer and chronic RA pain management, has been put to use in the development of the Bodhi Yoga curriculum.
Between September 26-28th, Syl is offering listeners a discount on her Chakra Program which is normally priced at $650, she will graciously offer it for $475. Check out the link to the program here:

The Vidant Medical Center in Greenville North Carolina appears to be such a beautiful high tech example of what most hospitals could only aspire to be.
At least this is the impression that the caring loving Mother of her 26 year old daughter felt when she was taken in to care for her as she struggled with several multiple illnesses: Systemic Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Vasculitus, Antiphospholipid Syndrome & Acute Renal Failure any of which could have taken her.
So this Medical Center appeared to be the absolute best place to receive the 'round the clock care that only such an impressive state of the art facility could bring.
But all of the technology in the world cannot distance one from human error and negligence, the advancements in medical gadgetry is only as strong as its weakest link.
.......and that link is the brilliantly flawed well dated machinery called humankind.
For all of the latest machinery to detect and thwart all sicknesses proactively can never measure the amount of laziness, arrogance as well as all of the pollutants that have been known throughout history to clog the filters of righteous moral character that so many depend on to man the gadgetry that will make them well.
So what good is it to have the most impressive facility when a nurse loses her sympathy toward an ailing patient and cares not for them except to make a paycheck and coverup their own displays of being inept?
Listen to how deep the rabbit hole will go in this sad but true case as a saddened Mother takes you through every step of her personal nightmare resulting in the death of her precious daughter due to the shady dealings at The Vidant Medical Center and NOT because of the ailments that she actually came there to take control of.
It has been said that truth is stranger than fiction and as you listen to this tale of injustice unfold you will definitely agree with that statement 100%!
Ray Audette stops by Perfectly Healthy And Toned Radio
At the age of 33, Ray Audette was diagnosed with diabetes. This was devastating--he'd already been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis for over 12 years and was forced to walk with a cane. Tired of being sick all the time, and unhappy with what his doctors said couldn't be cured, he decided to school himself on these disorders. As a result of his research, he developed an interest in Paleolithic nutrition (the science of what our Stone Age ancestors ate before the development of agrarian societies.
He then started on a natural diet, and although he expected positive results, he was astounded by the improvement he saw in just one week. His blood sugar levels were normal, and within a month, the arthritic pain was gone; his muscle tone improved, and he lost 25 pounds.
It became his mission to share this information, so he developed NeanderThin, a simple plan for achieving a healthy weight--and, most importantly, a healthy body.
Listen to a great conversation with Traci Braxton, asister, mom, daughter, TV star and singer and Danny Tisdale on The Danny Tisdale Show as they talk about her new single teaser "Love Call," the new season of Braxton Family Values, being on the celerity additon of Marriage Boot Camp, her philanthropic work (during Black Philanthropic Month), her son Juvenile rheumatoid Arthritis, and of course her favorite place in Harlem.

Ra is the topic today.
My guest is 38 and living with rheumatoid arthritis is virtually symptom free due to a radical change in diet, daily meditation and an honest confrontation of unresolved emotional damage.
I never thought I would end up in Intensive Care at 36 years old. The medications I was taking for rheumatoid arthritis ate four holes in my stomach. I vomited up 40% of my blood and needed a transfusion. When an emergency room nurse told me I was lucky to be alive, I realized the gravity of the situation. I also resolved to find another way to treat my condition.
Thankfully, the vanguard of the medical profession had already published research on alternatives to harsh medications. Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s nutritional center in New Jersey and his books Eating and Fasting for Health and Eat to Live provide evidence that eating the right foods can actually reverse disease. Fuhrman advocates the consumption of fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains and legumes to maintain health; conversely, he warns against processed foods, meat, dairy and oils
