The Weekly Read, Will It Go Around in Circles?

    in Current Events

Well this has been a week of some crazy news, huh?  Dick Cheney trying to justify what happened to detainees as not torture, Camille Cosby trying to explain that the accusations against Bill don't speak to who "she" knows him to be, and now the president of the Cleveland Police Union says that an NFL player was wrong for protesting the police shooting of a child because the player didn't know the law?  The whole thing is like a bad dream to me.  Will I wake up and find out that Michele Bachmann has really been running the country and President Obama is her puppet?  What in the Sam Hill is going on here?!?!  America is becoming a very sad and scary place.

Focusing on the major and sometimes overlooked topics affecting us in America today, the Nitelifer Circle of Sanity examines what is going on in Baltimore MD, Seattle WA, and all parts of the country in between.  The “Media” is or isn't talking about it, but regardless, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity is! We hope to enlighten and educate while delivering the seriousness of the issues with sarcasm and humor.  Whether it is politics or social issues, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity will be there.

    The Justice for All March

    in Politics

“We are here today because we must have this nation deal with the fact that, just like 50 years ago, the states have taken a position to rob the human rights and civil rights of citizens,” he said. “You can castigate the leaders; you can try and divide us by generation,” he said. “You may bury us, but you didn’t know you were burying seeds. We’ll grow stronger and last longer.”Rev Dr Sharpton
