The Voice of Change, hosted by Sharon Ann Wikoff is expanding it's focus. Below is our new introduction to the program:
We truly live in extraordinary times. We are surrounded by incredibly inspiring opportunities for experiencing our unlimited ?human and spiritual potential. And yet, horrific events are taking place around the globe. Many are suffering greatly under the domination of powerful regimes, while grave injustices are inflicted on plant and animal kingdoms at devastating cost to our planet. What deeper call do we have now than to stand for a greater love and greater truth to manifest on our planet?
Extraordinary individuals are rising up and meeting the needs of this time and in the process are making a tremendous difference in the lives of many. Let us move forward together, one voice at a time, one step at a time, to create a world that works for every man, woman, and child, and for our beloved Mother Earth. We can each make a difference in our own unique ways.
If Tune in for this program and learn more about it's new focus. In addition, if you would like to address such topics, please contact me so discuss such possibilities.

Thriving in Change. What does change management and emotional intelligence have in common? That's the topic of discussion in this week's edition of Let's Talk EI at 12 noon EST.
Join me and my guest, Ros (Boucher) Cardinal, The Leadership Alchemist from Tasmania, Australia, for a discussion on this popular topic.
We want to hear your thought and ideas. Being emotionally intelligent includes the following abilities:
How can these attributes be infused in the change process. Let's talk about it on Lets Talk EI.
John Alite’s story is truly unique. It is an inside look at the treacherous, double-dealing and corrupt world of the American Mafia in the 21st century. You want honor and loyalty, watch The Godfather. You want reality, talk to John Alite.
John Alite was a murderer, drug dealer and thug. After learning his lessons the hard way, he has turned his life around and is now a bestselling author, crime consultant expert, performance coach, and keynote speaker.
Over the course of a twenty-five-year career as a gangster he brutalized people, stabbing them, shooting them, beating them with clubs, blackjacks and baseball bats. He’s not proud of that, but he doesn’t try to hide from it either. It’s who he was.
But it’s not who he is. At least that’s his position today as he tries to put his life back together, a former mob associate and hitman trying to live a normal life, trying to figure out how he got off track and trying to get back on.
But not everyone is believes in him. Not everyone believes he is the real deal. Some are cautioning us not to be fooled. Exactly what is the truth? Can the worst of us change and become one of the best of us? If so, what can bring on that type of change? Can it last? Will the past slowly creep up, grab his coat tail and drag him back into a lifestyle he wants to leave behind?
Well, on today's show, you will meet the man, himself. The man who worked with John Gotti Jr. and who testified in his trial. We will also meet Theresa Racine of XtremeMeasures.com, who is working with Mr. Alite on a program designed to help end Bullying across America. She believes in Mr. Alite and says he is the perfect man for the job.

On an all-new episode of Project Management Mondays, hostess Carla Jenkins will discuss Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) estimate activity duration. The definition of this process is to ‘estimate the types and quantities of material, human resources, equipment or supplies required to perform each activity.’ Estimation is very important towards creating the best project schedule. A great project schedule increases project success. Remember, time is one of the triple constraints.

Healing Through Creativity
Hosted by Cheryl Green and Craig Sicilia
Creativity and time can heal all things. Even though it’s been almost 10 years, the first 3 or 4 being the darkest of all. Creativity kept me alive, kept me from letting the darkness of loss because of my disability after sustaining a brain injury. It gave me purpose, strength and carried me through many days and months and years.
There are many forms of creativity, and hope to have many share their arts, but some that I have worked with and all were an amazing benefit, but I had to explore many different types. And some of them worked at different times in my journey to today. Some of the ones I have used, have been, writing in the beginning I have written thousands of pages of material, and hope to come out with a book one day, I have 2 ready to go. But the books will change my life and how people think of me. Writing them not only helped me deal with the darkness I was going through but also the extreme darkness before my injury. Then it was on to writing music, forming a band, and then performing. And as suddenly as the music came several years later it left just as quickly. Then banner design through graphics, writing lessons and developing curriculum for schools, support groups and many others.
Other creative things like public service project, events like brain injury camp, hoopfest teams, gaming events all of which gave me purpose. Other forms of creativity are painting, sewing, pottery, yoga, movie making, crafts like jewelry making, poems, needle work, building things, destroying things. All help us deal with things and heal. All give us purpose.
