Researching Your Rights After A Car Wreck

    in Podcasting

Only by doing research on state or federal laws regarding rights after a car wreck will you know whether decisions are being made in your best interest.  Is it the right course of action for you?  Or does it benefit Auto Insurance Companies?  Know answers from the start of a claim may avoid mistakes that leave you feeling like being eaten by piranhas.  Confused? Concerned?  Uncomfortable with the choices made regarding claim?

In my opinion, these worries are common for people injured in car accidents.  There is a level of shock and disbelief, especially at the initial stages of injuries.  Most injured are most vulnerable at this time, and unfortunately, an opportune time to take advantage of hurting and confused individuals.

Today let’s talk about Researching Your Rights After A Car Wreck and staying safe from predators.

    THIS WEEK’S MESSAGE:

Problem-solving makes up a large part of our daily lives. Problems can range from small ones, such as what to eat today, to very complex business or career challenges. In cognitive psychology, the term problem-solving refers to the mental process that people go through to discover, analyze and solve problems. This involves all of the steps in the problem-solving process, including the discovery of the problem, the decision to tackle the issue, understanding the problem, researching the available options and taking actions to achieve your goals. Before problem-solving can occur, it is important to first understand the exact nature of the problem itself. If your understanding of the issue is faulty, your attempts to resolve it will also be incorrect or flawed. What are some techniques and strategies that we all can use to help us more effectively deal with problems and crises?

THE FLASH TALK Podcast Episode 9 - S1 Ep 7 POWER OUTAGE

    in Television

Dr. Wells returns to his secret room, where it is revealed that he has been documenting Barry's growing abilities, and using his computer to look at events in the future. Barry arrives at a crime scene where the victim was murdered via electrocution, and charred beyond all recognition, suggesting a metahuman was involved. While investigating the victims identity, the team identifies a power drain in the city. When Barry arrives, he is attacked by Farooq Gibran, a man who has the ability to siphon electrical energy. The attack drains Barry of his speed, and when Wells checks his secret computer it reveals that there are no references to Barry or "The Flash" in the future, and thus the timeline is in danger of temporal paradox. Wells believes that Barry's body just needs an electrical jumpstart, and Farooq arrives at the lab while the team is attempting to help Barry.
