Pentagon To Propose Shrinking Army, Scrapping Some Jets: Report
Speculation has begun on who the Repubs and Demos will choose to ride their white stallions into the Battle for the White House. Mainstream media, print media, Fox, CNN and the other cable networks are busy polishing their crytal balls. My fellow bloggers and podcast politicos are flooding social media and every known outlet with their visions of the perfect match up.
Well, now it is my time. Join me "In the Pickle Barrel" as I give you my best semi-intelligent guess on who the contenders may be and who wil mount the magnificent steeds for the battle to call the White House home.

Political analysit Ben Golnik joins Bill and John to talk about the lay of the political land in Minnesota. Bill & John delve into a raft
of bad ideas from "progressives" and bike thefts in South Minneapolis make for liberal cognitive dissonance.
There are many rank and file Republicans who believe President Obama should be impeached. They point to what they believe are numerous impeachable offenses, including the most serious charge; a deliberate failure to "faithfully execute" the laws of the United States.
Democrats and the press ridicule the notion of impeachment, saying that the very high bar set by the Founders to remove a president has not been met.
Aside from the notion that impeachment is impracticable, is it time for a serious discussion about reversing the election of 2012 and removing President Obama from office?
This week's epsiode of the RINO Hour of Power will feature Washingtin insider Bridget Johnson and IDB editorial writer Monica Showalter. The panel will examine issues raised by the impeachment debate and ask whether there is actually a serious case to be made for it.
The show will stream live from 8:00 - 9:00 PM Eastern time. A podcast will be available shortly after the end of the show.
The GOP side is being accused of stalling in their efforts to solve the border issue. The Democrats are taking the wrap of wanting to give away the farm and sending out the Welcome Wagon. What ever the case, whoever is at blame the fact remains the crisis continues. The flood of illegal aliens is flooding the border states while at the same time draining manpower and resources that should be used in preventing the flood itself.
Both sides of the House have submitted bills for increased funds (both riddled with issues unexceptible to the other).
President Obama continues to be in the background watching the tennis match in Congress.
Who will win this game?
Will there be a winner?
Join the conversation on this topic 7-8:30AM this morning.
As the subject of personal privacy continues to be one of concern and a proposed bill is about to be submitted for consideration, one wonders "What are my rights as an individual to expect privacy?" Just what does the Constitution of the United States guarantee? Does it guarantee anything?
If history tells us anything on this subject, it tells us, "Maybe, maybe not."
Join me this morning "In the Pickle Barrel" as we take a quick look at updates on some of the events and stories of the day and then the discussion of Privacy Rights. Just be aware...if you join me live on air what you say is not private. Afterall, you will be live!
Hope to see you at 7-8:30AM In the Barrel.
Bill and John cover all the topics of interest in the past week and look ahead to what is on the horizon in the coming days. Tune in to radio worth your time™
The short answer is yes? But what's the difference between the way liberals love America and the way conservatives do? We'll discuss the issue on this week's episode of RINO Hour of Power with Jazz Shaw of Hot Air and Fausta Wertz of Fausta's Blog.
We'll also look at the crisis on the border and what the US is doing to stem the tide and deal with the humanitarian crisis.
The show streams live from 8:00 - 9:00 PM Eastern Time. A podcast will be available shortly after the end of the show.
Name one thing wrong in America today that the GOP didn't break or corrupt. One thing! From the day the SCOTUS selected baby Bush/Cheney as presidents, America has been on a downward spiral. Everything wrong in America is the doings of a corrupt group of people who all flock together under the umbrella called GOP. The GOP, under directive of ALEC passes laws surrounding litigation, regulation, and taxation that gives certainty to corporations in the efforts for profit. The Supreme Court of the United States has ruled corporations to be people. The reason corporations need to be people is unknown to me. But I would bet the farm it has to do with continued profits today and for the offspring of corporations (people) for generations to come. A lot of things are not working properly in America today. The reason for such failures today are corrupt politicians. If it's broken, the GOP broke it.
Over the past few weeks the illegal alien issue has been put into the forefront of American politics...once again. It has been called the border crisis. It has been called an invasion. I suppose both names fit.
However, the USA has been under attack for decades. This new assault is just part of an ongoing surge to destroy the country we love, The United States of America.
During this Monday's program the discussion of the invasion of the USA entered into the conversation. As I attempted to expalin this issue several people led me to believe it was time to revisit Invasion USA.
I hope you will join us "In the Pickle Barrel" Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 7AM-8:30AM as we look at the various frontlines of this invasion.
It is time to be real. We are in trouble.
Will we win or lose our fight against Invasion USA?
Texas Governor Rick Perry may be the leading voice over the ongoing border crisis but GOvernors from across the country and counties threated to having thousands over illegal aliens dumped in the areas are beginning to speak up.
Gov. Perry to announce sending the Texas National Guard to the border later today. Senators Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz are becoming more vocal.
Perhaps, finally, the heat will be turned up to stop this invasion.
Share your thoughts and opinions this morning "In the Pickle Barrel" at 7AM-8:30AM.
