OK so let's talk about Auction and BOI groups on FB. Do You love them or Hate them. Do you think these kinds of groups are good for the hobby? Call in and let us know. What you take on things are tonight. This should make for a fun show. I myself have some negative thoughts toward all this. But that's is just me. So hang on for some fun tonight. This should be a great show and I can't wait to get some folk's on the air to talk.
Most listeners to our show know that reptile breeder loans can be a dicey topic of discussion depending on whom you ask. My belief is that breeder loans between friends and associates can be mutually beneficial, but require a high tolerance for risk on the part of both parties involved. Clearly, sending a valuable animal across the country in the hopes that a lot of variables will go just right and produce a favorable outcome for both parties is not for the risk averse, or those with a weak constitution! One has to be able to eat some unfortunate news occasionally, and one needs to trust one's counterpart 100%.
As it turns out, BT and CK are going to participate in exactly such an endeavor this upcoming season, and, they are going to document the progress right here on the show for our listeners. Good times on the way? Or a recipe for disaster? Time will tell! Tune in and find out how the two-letter-fellas end up when the summer 15 babies finally pip their eggs. First installment begins with this show. Wish us luck!

Legal Eagle and the Coach with Bryan Kiser & David Altenbern with their guest Andrew Thompson & Michael Jacobs:
Andrew Thompson the CEO of PEAK Performance, Inc. based in Murrieta, CA. I've trained over 150,000 professionals for the past 20 years and specialize in "Human Tech". Our focus is NOT to have our clients master some new software, computer program or app... we focus on the The Human Tool, what makes you a better professional. I've always had a passion for education and training. 15 years ago I was teaching real estate law and pre-licensing law in Minnesota. Though, I was focused on the legal side of real estate, I noticed that once an agent would go out into the professional world the failure rate after one year was high.
