Salesperson Recruiting Systems: The Good, Bad and Ugly

    in Marketing

Over the last twelve months, our company has identified a trend in insurance and real estate agent hiring all across the country.

We spotted this ongoing trend in mainly independent insurance agent (IMO) and real estate brokerage business models with tiered commission structures where "sponsoring" or "recruiting" is the method to hire new agents.

There are both pre-recruiting and new agent actions that are necessary to make recruiting mutually beneficial for the company, the hiring agent and the recruit.

Let it go- Let it Flow, Breaking down Subconscious, Unconscious, conditioning

    in Spirituality

If we only superficially, or never examine our life's habits, conditioning, and beliefs, we may not be able to let go of the obstructions that are keeping us unconscious.

The drag of living life from an unconscious mind has several notable downsides. One is that we cannot truly let our innate Pure Intelligence flow, nor can we be honestly open to our Spirit Self and, thus, be free from the untruths inherent in all conditioning. To be conditioned, is to be layered over by some thing or an energy, and this will, by default, filter our free, uninhibited knowing of the Truth that has the universal power able to set you free. This freedom is important because it is a freedom from the conditioning itself!

Once we can see past a previously held belief or through a conditioning filter, we can feel a certain release of pressure; it's the release that naturally accompanies the lessening of contraction of  our Original TRUTH.

Think this through: To contract the infinitie potential of our existence, be it with beliefs or physical shakles, is to put that energy field under some form of restriction, and that simply will include some pressure.

If we can validate these releases through the legitimate understandings that will come and flow with restored Awareness, as opposed to a litany of presumptions, we can start to clean our inner "registry of assumptions" that reframes what we could do by what our "registry" holds as true. All this flow and lack of flow business is part and  parcel of what is holding us in its trance.

As long as we trance dance, we are not free and enjoying our Pure Intelligence in its amazing flow. We'd rather dance the Divine flow with its creativity and wisdom out into our lives and its arenas than float through in a trance. What about you? Listen and call in with questions, haunts, concerns.

Berkshire Hathaway 2016 Annual Shareholders Meeting

    in Business

Warren Buffett hopes next year's annual letter has a Christmas picture with the same 25 head-office employees as this year's picture and the year before's picture. In response to a question about whether the company needs to hire a more diverse group of employees and directors, Buffett said no, he doesn't hire for diversity. He looks for three qualities: people who are business-savvy, are shareholder-oriented and who have a special personal interest in Berkshire. In 2013 Berkshire ranked last among companies in the S&P 100 on a survey of diversity published by activist investor Calvert Investments.

The Nebraska Peace Foundation, which owns one class A share of Berkshire, succeed in putting to a vote a motion requiring the company to compile a report on the risks to its insurance subsidiaries posed by climate change.

    Donald Trump and the Establishment

    in Politics Conservative

So it's back to politics on today's show.  I felt like doing that and who knows what I'll come up with next week.

It could be an interview with a dinosaur remembering fondly his days playing with Bernie Sanders. Okay, I kid. But today's show, something interesting happened this week a couple of days ago and it really was once again eye opening as it puts people on certain sides whether they willingly go to that side or by default wind up there. Taking a look at the fallout from John Boehner's comments and who agrees and is in the camp with John Boehner and who opposes and is offended by what he says, how can we at this point call Donald Trump an "outsider", "antiestablishment", or even a conservative? Many of us already did not and have not. Many who are true believers will likely continue to cling to that belief. But regardless, we once again had a separating for all to see who can see, and I'll talk about that on today's show.

When I was a child, I spoke, understood and thought as a child...

    in Politics Conservative

If you haven't heard by now, there was a fight between two girls in Delaware that escaladed to one girl being jumped by a group of girls and death was the end result.  The girls have been suspended from school but charges have not been brought yet.   You will probably hear their parents talk this foolishness about they are children and they have already suffered enough. I don't think they have suffered anything.   I think they should be charged as adults.  What should happen to the girls?  Donald Trump is still rolling after this past Tuesday but Ted Cruz has picked his vice president candidate. The writing is on the wall that the ACA aka Obamacare is starting to crumble under its own weight.  Milliions of people are experiencing increases in their premiums and the insurance companies are faced with losing money in the marketplace.  They were told there was going to be a market from the millions of uninsured but when has the government gotten too many things right
