Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE®)

    in Health

My guest today is Dr. David Berceli, PhD, creator of TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercise) which is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.

TRE® is based on the fundamental idea, backed by recent research, that stress, tension and trauma is both psychological and physical. This natural shaking/vibrating response appears to be the body’s own built-in system for quieting down the brain and releasing muscular tension as a way of healing itself from chronic stress, tension and trauma

Dr. Berceli explains the potential therapeutic value of tremors in this Youtube video and is the author of Shake it Off Naturally.

This Youtube video is a testimonial of a man diagnosed with Essential Tremors who found TRE helpful.

Reckless 2.0 - W/ Jane Ward - Not Gay: Sex Between Straight White Males

    in Education

Professor and author Jane Ward will be stopping by the program this evening to dialog about her recent book “Not Gay: Sex Between Straight White Males. Ms. Ward is a white female and Associate Professor and Vice Chair Department of Gender and Sexuality Studies LGBIT Studies Program Chair University of California, Riverside. Ward's published work has focused on a broad range of topics including feminist ography, queer parenting, transgender relationships, the corporatization of gay pride festivals, the race politics of same-sex marriage, and the social construction of heterosexuality and whiteness. Ward’s focus on white men primarily serves to circumvent racist discussions of “DL culture” and to shine a light on behavior she feels white guys could get away with without scrutiny as forbearers of the so-called norm. We look forward to a very intriguing and candid dialog on white anti-sexual behavior, as well as discuss her work on the LGBT movement and feminism. It should be quite a candid and revealing dialog. Put that gag reflex on hold (pause) It’s  going to be Reckless.

Introduction to Socio-Political Charactor Types As Defined by Dr. Reich

    in Politics

Your host, philosopher Dr. Steve Katz, presents this introduction to the socio-political implications of Wilhelm Reich's multi-disciplinary work. The political implications of this work has always been a bone of contention among orgonomists and others who are sympathetic to his discoveries. Dr. Baker, Reich's First Assistant appointed to train future generations of orgonomists, stated that most of his patients became more conservative as they neared orgonomic health in therapy. Reich himself, who up until 1957 made various not entirely consistent statements on political topics as his views evolved, thought that a concentration on practical work in therapy and education was paramount and cautioned "never do it the political way." It is true that Dr. Sobey (a former USCP member), and a student of Reich's work, related that just before going to prison in 1957 he told Sobey that: "I am still a Marxist." However, I think he was talking of Marx the social scientist and not Marxist politics as it developed in the world of power politics. The connections between life-negative and abusive child rearing, desert development, patriarchy, and violence in war and revolution are clear (See Dr. DeMeo's book "Saharasia" available from Natural Energy Works and the "Orgone Biophysical Laboratory"),  and Reich pointed it out in his taped conversation with Dr. Eissler in "Reich Speaks of Freud" put out by the WR Museum in Rangeley as "The Origin of the Big No."

From Darkness to Light: Gospel of Judas

    in Religion

For more than two thousand years the name Judas Iscariot has been synonymous with treachery, deceit and evil. But in this new Satanic Age where good is called Evil, Bitter is called Sweet and Darkness is called Light – is it truly a surprise that even Judas would become Hero instead of Villain.  An ancient text buried in the sands of time has recently been re-discovered in the so-called “Gospel of Judas”. This text portrays Judas as a sympathetic and tragic Hero while at the same time painting a picture of Jesus as a mystic healer with questionable motivations. But is this gospel “TRULY” a Gospel? Or is it merely an ancient Heresy returned to challenge the faith of the Saints. Join us today for another installment of “From Darkness to Light” as we defend the True Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ from an evil that once challenged the early Church of God

We air programs on Blaog Talk Radio at the folowling times: Sun 2:00pm, Mon 8:00pm, Tue 8:00pm, Wed 7:00pm, Thur 8:00pm, Fri 7:00pm & Sat 9:00am.  All times are Eastern Standard Time

Reclaim Your Happiness - Sacred Chantress Sirgun Kaur

    in Self Help

Sirgun Kaur is an Arizona-based sacred chantress who is also an avid blogger and Kundalini Yoga instructor. There has never been any question in Sirgun Kaur's mind what she should do "when she grew up." From collecting nursery rhymes as an infant, to sharing her adolescent woes with a sympathetic piano, or touring the United States as a singer-songwriter in her early 20s, music has always been an anchor in Sirgun's life. It was not until she discovered Kundalini Yoga, chanting, and mantra, however, that she understood the transformative and healing potential of music. In a word: magical! Since then, Sirgun has released four albums of sacred chants: Reclaim Your Happiness, Dayaal, The Cosmic Gift, and The Music Within.

Her latest album, Reclaim Your Happiness, was released through Spirit Voyage as part of their Meditations for Transformation series.  Sirgun says that her childhood of constant travel, living as an expat in France, has taught her abundant gratitude for her voice. Her voice has received international recognition at White Tantric Yoga events, where her song "Bliss" was selected as the soundtrack to the KRI promotional DVD "Facets of the Master," played at each break.  Visit http://sirgunkaur.blogspot.com and http://sirgunkaur.com

    The HomeSchooling Show With Kwrc

    in Education

Parents, children & Social Services - with host Kevin Wearechange - How to get your Divine, unalienable rights for you, your family and your children: Home schooling outside the National curriculum, gaining your authority as parents, educators, taking your kids outside the matrix.

We have been created by the need to fight widespread social care injustice and abuse of draconian state power.
Children are being ripped from their parents simply because they are considered "unconventional" or even single.
Just like pigs we rootle under the surface to find those golden nuggets of truth hidden beneath half truths, targets, idealised aims and a "not my decision" culture. In fact we are the truffle P.I.G.S. of the social care world.
Our aim is to help and support parents who have lost their children through spurious reasons. Low income, untidy house, learning difficulties, disabled, bad diet, disorganised lifestyle or a perceived non cooperation with social services.

We don't claim that these are fully acceptable but if the money wasted by the legal and social system was spent helping families with these difficulties there would be no need for their abusive and draconian behaviour.
The whole system cannot be seen to have made a mistake, so they cover up any dodgy decisions. Everyone has seen how government and bankers squirm out of responsibility for their actions. Even sympathetic solicitors have little chance against this state conspiracy.
