    In this broadcast I will give you the basis for meditation. I have read many books, taken part in group based meditations, listened to guided imagery, taken part in mindfulness meditation and more. Over the years I have been taught a lot about meditation, and my goal (among many) is to teach you the simple way of meditating. 


    I fully believe that if we give ourselves a chance, we can all learn how to meditate together, be and feel happier, and cut down our overall stress - promoting great lasting health and wellness.
