Trusting Yourself Can Stop the Bullying Epidemic

    in Motivation

Dr. Aikyna Finch and Jessica Leichtweisz will be joined by Anita Telle, Coach, Founder and CEO of ASTI Life, Alpha Solutions Technology Inc., on the Sunday Night Changing Minds Online Show. We will discuss, "Trusting Yourself Can Stop the Bullying Epidemic." Anita will share the sure-fire way to stop bullying now, and it begins at home. Trusting your inner knowledge and developing your self-esteem demonstrates that you value yourself, and gives your child the model and permission to value themselves, too.  A child’s healthy self-esteem helps create a natural bully-shield, protecting them. Anita will share practical steps to help identify if your child is being bullied, and exercises you can begin using immediately to improve your self-esteem, and your child's. Call in to (949) 203-4763 at 9pm EST/ 8pm CST on 3/29 to join the conversation. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/changingmindsonline/2015/03/31/trusting-yourself-can-stop-the-bullying-epidemic

We are wrapping up step 6 to freedom: Present Moment. Listening to your intuition will support you to become clear. As you only focus on the here and now, you let go of the clutter in your mind. You let go of the worry of the future, and the guilt of the past, allowing the present to be clear, so you can embrace it more fully. As you continue to take this step forward, your focus will increase. The next steps of action will present themselves to you. As you go for these risks and opportunities, fear may appear and want you to avoid them. Don't give in to fear. Join us on Monday @ 9pm ET for the discussion.

Featured guest. Karen Ward, Troy Spry, Toy Parker, Edward Smith III, Debbie Petra Smith and Lorinda Martinez

Have you ever wondered, or said?...

It's been two years and I haven't met the entire family.
    He's still hasn't bought me a ring.
He doesn't take me out anymore.
    Is he the one?
We just aren't connecting, why is that?
She doesn't say the things she use to.
She told me she could handle the road, but wasn't prepared for the journey.
I asked her to pray, she said, "pray for yourself."
I thought she was ride-or-die, but she abandoned ship.
I'm not sure what I expected, but this isn't what I wanted.

Cannabis for Lyme and the Natural Reconnection

    in Culture

Special friend and book author Shelley White returns to EntheoRadio to tell us about the amazing insights shared in her recent writing project and the resultant book (title coming soon).

Captain Hugh T Alkemi and Shelley will speak dynamically about things such as cannabis and plant medicines for healing and health. Callers and questions are welcome during the live show.

SHELLEY WHITE works as a writer and editor, and is studying to be an herbalist specializing in Lyme disease and other infectious diseases. Shelley is the author of 'Cannabis for Lyme Disease and Related Conditions: Scientific Basis and Anecdotal Evidence for Medicinal Use,' and is a regular contributor to sites such as Collective Evolution and The Mind Unleashed. She has written for various other sources as well, including SKUNK Magazine, Mind Body Green, and Natural News. The topics she most frequently covers include cannabis, psychedelics, pharmaceuticals, infectious diseases, alternative health, and consciousness.

Her favorite pastimes are reading, learning, and spending time in nature. She is fascinated by plant medicine and plant consciousness. She credits her drive to continuously learn and connect with plants to her experience with Lyme disease, which taught her the importance of herbal medicine and expanding her mind. She firmly believes that, in the end, you are your own physician and the only one capable of fully healing yourself.

    in Women

Understanding The Blackman.  Join us every Monday night at 8:00pm EST by dialing 714-816-4636 or go to my Facebook page, "DyAnne Dempsey" and click the link to listen.

God said my people perish for lack of knowledge, so this show is to educate, enlighten and openempower men and women on who we are, and what our purpose is on this earth.

Women want to know why we have so many men not performing in the capacity God had intended from the beginning. Men want to know why women are not the help mate God said she would be.

God said let us make man in our image, and God also said it is not good that man should be alone. So if man is to be like God, and man is not to be alone, what happened? Come find out for yourself up for defeat. , you will be surprised at the answers.

What is our role as men and women? What is our purpose?  Come join us as we discuss these important issues.  I look forward to hearing you on the show.

"Keys for Success Monday" " Your Customer Can't Be 'Everyone'

    in Entrepreneur

Every business needsmarketing, and it's almost always the last thing to get done.

In my last Op-Ed, I defined marketing as who, what, where, when, why and how your organization interacts with others in order to meet your business goals. It's part of what I call the Do-it-Yourself Under-Complicated Marketing Plan. I recommended you start by setting some of what I categorize as "SMART" goals. For the next step, it's important to define the "who."

    Ask yourself:

Who has bought before and returned to buy again?
Which client has been the most profitable or referred their friends?
Which donor has given when you really needed them and brought others to the table?

Now look at these people and figure out who they are, so you can find more like them.

Are they male or female? How old? Married or single?
How educated are they? What do they do for a living?
What's their outlook on life — are they optimistic? Realistic?
Where do they get their news? What do they do for fun? What do they care about?
Why do they do business with you? How would they describe your company?
