Constitution Corner: It's all about federal authorities, and the lack thereof; Pope Francis praises homosexual children's book; Federal court blocks Obama's water seizure - is that why he preempively greenlighted the Colorado EPA toxic waste spill?; Hottest July on Earth EVER except....no, it wasn't; States approving huge increases in health insurance premiums that Obama assured us would never happen; From Virginia to Texas, those black, Obama-worshipping violent gun nuts; The phony war with ISIS and the imminent war with Iran; Red China & Russia building stealth aircraft killers; Mexico threatens Texas over illegal alien birth certificates; Constitutionality of Planned Parenthood defunding plans, rejected audits, and the seventh Planned Parenthood Cannibalism sequel; and what's wrong with party loyalty oaths?
Then, in hour #3 of the Saturday Afternoon Extravaganza on Constitution Radio w/ Douglas V. Gibbs on KMET 1490-AM (4PM Eastern/1PM Pacific):
Donald Trump as the Golden Elephant at the foot of 2016 Mt. Sinai; Hillary Clinton launching her nuclear scorched earth strategy way early in order to save her collapsing campaign; Obama National Labor Relations Board destroys the word "employer"; "A rerun of 1929"; and U.S. servicemen thwart jihadist attack in France
The American League wildcard race is heating up heading into September. Six teams are within 2.5 games of claiming the final wild card spot. The Torono Blue Jays and New York Yankees will battle for the American League East title, with the runner up most likely being the number one wildcard. The Houston Astros have increased their lead to five games, over the Texas Rangers. Kansas City continues to cruise at 78-49, which is the best record in the American League.
The National League playoff picture is beginning to take form. The Pittsburgh PIrates and Chicago Cubs have a strong hold over the San Francisco Giants. The Giants are only 2.5 games behind the Los Angeles Dodgers, in the NL West, and that could be the only way they will make the postseason. The New York Mets have increased their lead in the NL East to 6.5 games, while the St. Loius Cardinals just keep winning and have the best record in baseball.
With September baseball, on the horizon, is there a team that will put together a big winning streak and make a surprise run into the postseason? Listen in and call the show with your thoughts.

On July 1, the Swedish daily Gefle Dagblad revealed that an imam from the northern city of Gävle was the man behind the now-closed website, www.muslim.se. The imam, Abo Raab, is a prominent figure in the Swedish Imam Association, which has received over 400,000 kronor (more than $47,000) from the government to "combat Islamophobia and racism in society."
News from Canada: "Sean Bonitto and his son handed out pamphlets to students at Park West School in Clayton Park. The school is in a culturally diverse neighbourhood and houses nearly 800 students from Grade Primary to Grade 9. The court notes, "one-quarter of its students are Muslim." (His photo is in the slides).
