@DHChait -- @Greenhouse -- About.me -- Company
We're not really into talking about Recruiting Technology on The Recruiting Animal Show but I heard a guy from Greenhouse on @DriveThruHR and he seemed to know something about recruiting as opposed to software so I invited him to come on this show. He said he'd get back to me and the next thing I know his company was shoving this other guy in front of me. I could have rebelled but I figured, "Hey, I'll trust them. They wouldn't send me a bore, would they?". Well, yeah, they probably would but I've got a feeling he isn't so let's see what he can do. My research shows that he's already been interviewed by everybody but me -- and the Animal Crew

The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, from 1-2 pm ET (10-11 am PT).
Last week we talked about how HR drives positive workforce impact with the right data insights, and this week we’re going to talk about why recruiting is a legitimate career choice.
Recruiting has mostly been the accidental career choice. Professionals from varied backgrounds but with a unifying theme of marketing, sales and investigative technical savvy are the ones who’ve fallen into being recruiters and sourcers.
However, unlike HR, formal education is still lacking for recruiters and sourcers. It’s largely ignored and dismissed by academia, and yet there’s a growing need for comprehensive corporate recruitment training programs.
Recruiting is and should be a legitimate career choice and today there are organizations like the Sourcing Institute Foundation driving that change.
Join TalentCulture #TChat Show co-founders and co-hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as they talk about why recruiting is a legitimate career choice with this week’s guest: Shally Steckerl, founder of the Sourcing Institute Foundation and a pioneer in talent sourcing and recruiting.
Thank you to all our TalentCulture sponsors, partners and supporters!
This episode we will have Byron R., who is a software developer that has created an app that can be utilized by P4P Muscle for all of our sponsored athletes so that we can track and instantly reward all promotional activities. The P4P Management team will also be on the show to explain how we will successfully roll out the program and what it means for all P4P athletes.
BAMS will be focused on fall camp that starts up in Tuscaloosa in the very near future. The newest is that the Crimson Tide are ranked #3 in the USA Today Coaches Poll. That isn't the only thing that is going on in Tuscaloosa. We'll be joined by Luke Robinson to discuss some of those things, and Drew will have an interview with Garrett Tucker for all of our listeners as well. The action begins at 7 with Cary Clark, Drew DeArmond & Thomas Watts. Be there or be Auburn.
