Holloway Gray has an extensive background in serving as an armor bearer. Within the nearly 20 years of experience that he holds, he knows the various levels of servanthood which began with volunteering before becoming full-time ministry.Mr. Gray began his call to ministry as a volunteer in 1988 after joining the church under Bishop Jakes’ leadership. He never limited himself to what needed to be done. Whether it was vacuuming, emptying the trash or cleaning the bathrooms, he made it a point to help where needed. As the ministry grew and Bishop began traveling and producing materials, he volunteered in audio duplication; helping to package and ship product. Later with various conference and crusades being added to the ministry schedule, he would take vacation time from his job and travel to serve the conference as a volunteer, selling product, helping with conference details and greeting delegates at the meetings.During the course of serving, Mr. Gray went on to be consecrated a Deacon in 1993 and continued to serve the church through helping in Sunday School; making sure the church was opened for services in a timely manner and closed when the services had ended. He began to take on more personal responsibility for Bishop through assisting with his wardrobe; pressing clothing when needed, packing and unpacking as he traveled. Two years into volunteering in various capacities, opened the door of opportunity for Mr. Gray to begin serving as an Armor bearer through on-the-job training. He began traveling when possible and serving both as a Deacon to the church and armor bearer to Bishop Jakes.Five years later, that faithful and accountable, volunteer service grew into full-time ministry. Mr. Gray has trained other Deacon’s and men in the church to serve as armorbearers and oversees a volunteer base who rotate under his leadership. He has shared his teaching and training on various occasions.

I totally respect Phylicia Rashad for her brave and positive stand to publicly defend the legacy and character of Bill Cosby while others have cowered like spineless punks in a deafening silence!
It's amazing to me that there are countless Hollywood so called stars that have actually done worse than what Bill Cosby is accused of and are forgiven time and time again to be damn near worshiped as a god beside God while Cosby is torn down every chance that's available.
Am I jumping on the pro-Cosby bandwagon now that Phylicia Rashad now stood up?
Am I defending Bill Cosby simply because he's Black?
It's a big fat NO to both questions and it is on record that I approached the Bill Cosby rape scandal and accusations with an open mind, even at the time open to the possibility thathe might have been guilty to some degree.
But as the ridiculous amount of women stood up in unison as though a trumpet had sounded for them to stand up and attack, I began to see what this really was all about and I basically said in a prior Cosby video that this was an attack on his Legacy.
Right is right and wrong is wrong!
