On Thursday October 9th 2014 the hermetic hour with host Poke Runyon
will present a discussion on the mysterious nanessene document featured
in Hippolytus's influential refutation of all brassieres. Everybody loves a secret document especially if it is ancient and reveals secrets, and the good bishop hippolytus had a real doozie in his perported Nanssene Gnostic sermon, which forms chapter five of his marvelous refutation of all heresies which before Ng Hammadi yielded much of our knowledge of what the Gnostics were actually preaching. This Nanssene Gnostic sect is according to the good bishop venerating the cosmic serpent hydra draco et all there are several. but they are mainly trying to do is equate the Christian passion and resurrection with a series of ancient dying gods from Osiris pesephone to Adonis Phoenician and Attis
Anatolian and establish Jesus as the last of the year kings or green men
of antiquity. Fortunately Hippolytus provides us with a full transcript of his copy like Beowulf his original has suffered rewrite by both Jewish and Christian editiors in attempts like making Grendal a descendant of Cain to add Old testament prophecy and New Testament symbolism into the otherwise pagan dying god theme. The Nanessene document has influanced many modern occult writers For us in the O.T.A. the main inspiration for our seasonal cermonies besides the Ras Shamrah tablets was Jessie Weston's From Ritual to Romance (1920) which owes much to the Nanssenes. So if you want to find out where the Holy Grail's first holy blood came from tune in and we'll open the old bishop's secret book.

Hosted by Amen Re Menethoupe. The Neter Sesen Book II verses 66-77: Sesen: "First of all, in the resolution of the material body, the body itself is given up to alteration, and the form which it had, becomes invisible; and the idle manners are permitted, and left to the Spirit, and the senses of the body return into their Fountains, being parts, and again made up into Operations.
"And Anger and Concupiscence go into the brutish or unreasonable nature; and the rest strives upward by Harmony.
And to the First Zone it gives the power it had of increasing and diminishing.
To the Second, the machination or plotting of evils, and one effectual deceit or craft.
To the Third, the idle deceit of Concupiscence.
To the Fourth, the desire of Rule, and insatiable Ambition.
To the Fifth, profane Boldness, and headlong rashness of Confidence
To the Sixth, Evil and ineffectual occasions of Riches.
And to the Seventh zone, subtle Falsehood always lying in wait.
And then being made naked of all the Operations of Harmony it cometh to the Eighth Nature, having its proper power, and sings praises to the Father with the things that are, and all they that are present rejoice, and congratulate the coming of it; and being made like to them with whom it converses, it hears also the Powers that are above the eighth Nature, singing praise to Amen in a certain voice that is peculiar to them.
And then in order they return unto the Father, and themselves deliver themselves to the powers, and becoming powers they are in Amen.
This is The Good, and to them that know to be deified.

Our hosts Brandon Dowling and Joe Blewett give updates on who is in and who is out. The cuts mean that the Jets have a new punt returner in Jalen Saunders and a new kickoff returner in Saalim Hakim. The final set of cuts will happen on Saturday so there will be plenty of roster talk.
Joe and Brandon will also take your calls and look at what we learned about the Jets so far this preseason. We want to hear from you, tell us what you think about the Dimitri Patterson situation and how Geno Smith and the offense looked against the Giants.
