    Canaan James:


    I was born in Syracuse, NY, I now reside just south of Raleigh in North Carolina.

    I put my heart & soul into my songs. 
    I am also touring around the U.S., and currently recording in Nashville.


    There are 7 songs that have all been written by myself, and produced by James Lugo, and the staff at Hemispheres Recording in Raleigh, N.C. 

    I currently play at a minimum of 120-175 shows a year, and am also endorsed by Seagull Guitars, the guitar company I have as a personal instrument.

    When Rachel Harshfield became pregnant with her twins, her body went from a healthy 117 pounds and 18% body fat, to a very pregnant 176lbs.  She was on bed rest most of her pregnancy and was not allowed to work out. Her muscles had lost all definition and she was convinced she would never see her healthy physique again.  But...she did!  Back to her pre-pregnancy weight (both her twins are now 11), feeling better than ever!  Rachel has helped thousands of woman get there too, and today she shares some of her favorite tips.

    David Sanborn is an American alto saxophonist. Though Sanborn has worked in many genres, his solo recordings typically blend jazz with instrumental pop and R&B  


     He released his first solo album Taking Off in 1975, but has been playing the saxophone since before he was in high school.[2]Sanborn has also worked extensively as a session musician, notably on David Bowie's Young Americans (1975).
