HLN’s Nancy Grace defended the prosecution’s key witness, Rachel Jeantel, after the young woman faced some criticism for her feisty demeanor and choice of words during the two days she testified in the murder trial of her friend, Trayvon Martin.http://www.hlntv.com/video/2013/06/27/nancy-grace-defends-witness-rachel-jeantel-trayvon-martin?clusterId=1613#videoplayer
Tonight we will discuss the heartfelt interview Rachel Jeantel had with Piers Morgan. That is one of the best interviews that Pier's has performed. We normally don't look at his show but their was so much discussion on twitter about her appearing on his show tonight.
This show is dedicated to the memory of Trayvon Benjamin Martin.
It is a shame how grown folks want young people to respect them but you don;t have any respect for young people. My grandfather taught me that Respect is Earned.
We will also discuss Juror B-37 interview with Anderson Cooper. She is talkiing about some "heavy" issues and accusations, however she want show her face.
We will also discuss White Privelege and how people pretend to claim Superiortiy but act inferior.
Tune in Friday, June 28, 2013, as Stacey Brewer of H. Blu's Word. Speaks on the star prosecution witness of the George Zimmerman trial, Rachel Jeantel.
Rachel has created quite a buzz for herself throughout the traditional media and social media. She was the last person to speak with Trayvon Martin before his untimely death (or murder). More specifically, she was speaking with him as the altercation with George Zimmerman occurred. Some are finding her testimony during the Zimmerman trial to be troubling, so much so, it almost appears to be her trial.
Will also discuss whether calling someone a "cr*cker" is racist?
Listen in as we discuss Rachel Jeantel's testimony.

We are our sister's keeper. No need to ask. Let us make that declaration and stick to it. Women are 50/50 in/out of poverty AND at the same time, leading numbers when it comes to higher education. HOWEVER as Sheryl Sandberg tells us -- we're not leaning in enough as leaders. Women are falling through the cracks.
We know now, more than we knew before, there are Rachel Jeantel's coming behind us. It's time lean in, not just weigh in, on what women forgot to share with Rachel's mother and what we must lean in to share with Jeantel now.
There's a Rachel near you. Lean in. Teach your reach. We are our sister's keeper.
PAULA DEEN a WHITE Woman from the SOUTH, experiences major Financial Backlash after news of her lifelong RACISM goes Viral.
(PAULA admitted during a Deposition linked to a DISCRIMINATION Lawsuit that she did in fact use the word "NIGGER" on a regular basis. She also stated on National Television that she didn't know if the word "NIGGER" Offends BLACK People.)
Each time I hear or say the word "NIGGER" it leaves a bad taste in my mouth or brings tears to my eyes because it is a word linked to America's History with SLAVERY.
Week One of the TRAYVON MARTIN Murder Trial, Key Witness RACHEL JEANTEL a Young, BLACK Woman, takes the Stand to Testify only to reveal she wasn't properly prepped by the Prosecution, nor by TRAYVON MARTIN'S Defense Team.
While on the Witness Stand RACHEL JEANTEL also reveals she has a really Bad Attitude and that She can't read, or at least can't read very well.
However BLACK "Leaders" defended RACHEL with lame excuses. For example: "That's just the way Youth Communicate today", or "RACHEL JEANTEAL is not on trial".
I spoke out about RACHEL JEANTEL not being properly prepared and was rebuffed. However Attorney GLORIA ALLRED'S Analysis proved I was correct.
AARON HERNANDEZ a Young, Latino Man, loses a $40 Million NFL Contract after being Charged with the Murder of his BLACK Friend Odin Lloyd. News & Photos of AARON'S Involvement with GANGS also goes Viral.
Considering these recent events & our increasing DIVERSE Population, I believe it's time to have a Serious, National Conversation about RACE IN 21ST CENTURY AMERICA.
First a serious discussion, then ACTION because a discussion without ACTION is just a waste of time!
Ms, Jeantel described Tranyvon as a “calm, chill, loving person” and said she never saw him get “aggressive” or “lose his temper.” She said that the defense’s attempts to portray Martin as a “thug” were unfounded and defended his relatively mild drug use. “Weed don’t make him go crazy,” she said, “it just makes him go hungry.”
She described her reaction to Zimmerman’s acquittal as “disappointed, upset and angry” and called the jury’s assessment of what happened “just B.S.”

Since NJ is the Garden State, Jersey Fresh takes on a special meaning for those who choose to buy their fruits and veggies locally. Seasonal abundance can be found at the scores of farmer’s markets throughout the state. What’s that you say? You don’t know where to find the nearest farmer’s market and don’t even know the difference between an acorn squash and a fava bean? And how do I cook rhubarb and what do I do with all those blueberries? Problem solved. Chef and culinary instructor Rachel Weston is on the case. Weston is an award-winning journalist with over 20 years of experience as a writer, editor and multimedia content producer. Her work has been in The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, The Gutsy Gourmet column in The Star-Ledger, NJ.com, and Chow.com among others. In 2008, Rachel followed her passion, attended culinary school, and ultimately worked the line at a fine dining restaurant, and was the founding chef at the first pay-what-you-can community cafe on the East Coast. Rachel’s book is New Jersey Fresh: Four Seasons from Farm to Table. It’s a collection of recipe ideas and tips for over 50 types of locally grown produce available at NJ farmer’s markets. She spotlights several markets and offers insights on fruits and veggies, from bok choy and fava beans to blueberries, corn, tomatoes, and peaches. Rachel takes the guesswork out of buying locally and is committed to teaching home cooks about using local and seasonal foods in their kitchens. “I wanted it to be a guide you could throw in your market bag,” she says. The book includes a listing of over 100 farmer's markets in NJ. After the interview, check After Hours at Jersey Coastal Live for more info.
