"Jesus in the Qur'an and Muhammad in the Bible" w/Guest Imam Yahya Abdullah

    in Lifestyle

Join host Michael Saahir and co-host Mustaffaa Abdullah of WORDS MAKE PEOPLE on blog talk radio Station-IWDM this Sunday November 1, 2015 from 1-3 p.m. (EST) with our special guest Imam Yahya Abdullah of Jacksonville, FL for a thought provoking discussion on "Jesus in the Qur'an and Muhammad in the Bible."

For centuries people of faith have been at odds with one another even to the point of senseless wars. Today is a new day where understanding and unity is accepted and respected. The various communities within our human family has more in common than our differences. Join us this Sunday to see if there are more similarities between Christ Jesus and Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon them.

In January of 2007 in Wash D.C. Imam W. Deen Mohammed shared the following: "Prophet Muhammed said that at some time in the future or in the end, the people will see Christ Jesus and himself together. We know that Jesus said, "It is expedient that I go away. For if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you." He says in other places, "He will send you another Comforter." We in Islam believe that points to Muhammed. Prophet Muhammed says that he is the "Unlettered Prophet" mentioned in the Torah and The Gospel. That he will come breaking the bonds that weigh down or crush the people. He will break every unjust bond."
