    in Current Events

On this mini-series of Special Reports, we finish up our biblical theory that the END OF THE WORLD, aka, THE DEATH OF THE PLANET EARTH, will most likely come from a RED GIANT SUNSTAR when our own Sun goes completely DARK and then re-ignites as a HELIUM-BURNING RED GIANT. Scientist say such a RED GIANT STAR TRANSFORMATION would expand our Sun over 100 times its current size and thus CONSUME THE FIRST FOUR PLANETS OF OUR SOLAR SYSTEM... of which EARTH IS #3... Is this how the END OF THE WORLD WILL COME IN FIRE, just as the Word of God predicts?.. Will THE SON use The Sun to BURN UP THE EARTHS SURFACE and REMAKE A BRAND NEW EARTH in its place??.. Let's talk about all this and more on todays show... Join us Live...

New Orleans Flavor: What Makes The French Quarter So Special

    in Food

New Orleans Flavor: How Creole/Cajun Cooking inspired a nation. What is it about New Orleans food that makes people fall in love?  Some of the best food in the world comes from New Orleans and the French Quarter.  We'll spend an hour today exploring The French Quarter's food, people, history, culture, jazz, pizazz and love.

My heart is in Nola. I'm a die-hard-Saints fan, rain or shine, I talk about that city like I've lived there my whole life. Whenever I have ever walked down the streets in the French Quarter it felt like I was home. Even as a tourist I never got lost. It just seemed like I knew where everything was and I automatically knew where not to go. I never could explain that and that's the only city that has ever done that to me. If I had an opportunity to work and live in the French Quarter, I believe I would do everything in my power to make it happen. It's the food, the people, the architecture, the soul of the French Quarter that draws me in.  People have said they were eaten alive there.  New Orleans never chewed me up and spit me out. I felt embraced and comforted. I felt like I belonged there. It felt like home.

    in Christianity

1 Kings 17:1-7 New King James Version (NKJV)

    Elijah Proclaims a Drought
17 And Elijah the Tishbite, of the inhabitants of Gilead, said to Ahab, “As the Lord God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, except at my word.”

2 Then the word of the Lord came to him, saying, 3 “Get away from here and turn eastward, and hide by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan. 4 And it will be that you shall drink from the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.”

5 So he went and did according to the word of the Lord, for he went and stayed by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan. 6 The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning, and bread and meat in the evening; and he drank from the brook. 7 And it happened after a while that the brook dried up, because there had been no rain in the land.

    Moving Forward With Power

    in Christianity

As the children of God we need not to be fearful of what satan might do.  The more we study the promises of God found in the Bible we can become more assured that the God then is the same God today.  The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob still loves, provides, protects, guides, cares, hears, and grows us up into the son and daughters that He would have us to be.  It is up to us to make the connection.  This connection is turned on by prayer and the studying of God's word.  A connection that will bring power into our lives unlike anything ever experienced.

Listen to this broadcast as we discuss moving forward, like never before... with POWER!
