Tonight Health Coach Jeanine Finelli welcomes special guest Dr. Tatiana Irvin, who walks beside men and women through a realization of personal awareness. Without out a core understanding of who you are and why you have the feelings you have, transformation to a healthier mindset is very difficult to acheive. She helps to clear out negative energy, keep all four quadrants of your life balanced (spiritual, career, relationships, health) and encourages you to live your life with gusto and by design.
There are branches of science known as psychoneuroimmunology and metaphysics that study and examine how ones mental and emotional outlook effects ones health. They are finding that people who can be positive in their outlook are living longer, healthy lives. We truly become what we choose to think about, allow to permeate our feelings and identify with.
Dr. Tatiana is skillfully able to address multiple issues and imbalances in one’s body, relationships, career, and home life through the correct application of metaphysical principles. www.nurturing-hands.com

Dr. Larry Berkelhammer has lived with several chronic conditions since childhood. A long-time mindfulness practitioner faced with this reality, he became curious whether mind training could stabilize and even improve his health. Dr. Berkelhammer is a sought-after teacher on pain management and chronic illness, providing instruction in reprogramming the brain.
He works at The Center for Attitudinal Healing in Sausalito, CA, as has treated clients for 19 years in private practice using psychotherapy, psychophysiology, and psychoneuroimmunology.
Please join us for an elightening conversation regarding the use of the mind and various mindfulness practices for the improvement of a vast variety of symptoms and conditions.
Dr. Larry Berkelhammer has lived with several chronic medical conditions since childhood. For decades he endured the frustration of not knowing the causes of his physical problems. Then, well into adulthood, he was diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases and a primary immunodeficiency disease. At the same time, he was told there were no known cures for any of them—and that treatment for some would make others worse.
A long-time mindfulness practitioner faced with this reality, Dr. Berkelhammer became curious about whether mind training could play a role in stabilizing and even improving his health, and was determined to investigate. He soon discovered the power of the mind to heal the body. He trained with several world leaders in psychooncology, psychophysiology, and psychoneuroimmunology and spent many years gathering research and data on the mind and health. Meanwhile, he was engaged in his own process of self-discovery. Applying all he has learned, he has been able to reduce his need for medication and medical treatments, reduce chronic arthritis pain and make his medications work better for him. Dr. Berkelhammer has also trained himself to focus his attention away from illness, pain, and fatigue, concentrating instead on what he most values as a way to improve his health.
Dr. Berkelhammer is a sought-after teacher on pain management and living better with chronic illness, providing instruction in reprogramming the brain to reduce physiological stress. In addition to his extensive training, he has learned much from his many years of working with people who have life-threatening and chronic medical conditions at The Center for Attitudinal Healing in Sausalito, Calif., as well as 19 years treating clients in private practice using psychotherapy, applied psychophysiology, and applied psychoneuroimmunology.

Inspiration From Spirit with Lea Chapin
Julie Umpleby is the originator of the Diamond Light Grid Work in Co-creation with
Spirit. Emerging from a successful corporate scientific career, she reconnected with her innate healing gifts in 1997. From a foundation in energy work that began with in 1997 with Reiki, she went on to qualify in Colour Therapy, Antaneea Soul Integration Bodywork, PNI (Psychoneuroimmunology) as well as a number of other modalities in the healing arts. The profound information about the Diamond Light Grid began with a series of messages from Spirit (Source, Higher Self - whatever you wish to call it) in 2002, that initiated a fascinating and often challenging journey into the understanding of the diamond as a lightbody form and its deep connection with our Soul or Core essence. Your personal diamond 'grid of light' IS your transition tool, a sacred architecture to a new and higher level of being. Julie is deeply committed to bringing you as much insight and understanding as possible to assist you in moving forward on your spiritual journey. Her own journey has been coloured with many amazing experiences and teachers, both in this dimension and beyond. Ultimately, as the ancient wisdoms tell us, our greatest understanding comes from our own source connection and from going within. This is the purpose of the diamond - to reconnect you with the very heart of your essence, and to allow that to be your navigator. The diamond is the heart, the love, the joy, courage, wisdom and deeper knowing of your own Soul. People around the world are connecting with the diamond energy in many ways as humanity unfolds its heart and evolves at an ever increasing pace. Be a part of the change by igniting your own diamond spark within!
