My Prayer Closet - Praying the Protastúnach Paidrín - Protestant Celtic Rosary

    in Christianity

My Prayer Closet which is part of our Evangelical Church of the Celtic Cross, has a new broadcasting format. We hope you will join us and pray along. Yes it will take a little getting used to but, it is our hope and prayer that you will be receptive to it and that you find it of great spiritual help in your prayerful life and spiritual walk. Bringing you closer to our heavenly Father all the days of your life.

Though an Unorthodox and Unauthorized Version

We have found it to be acceptable and is approved by the Celtic Cross Foundation of Ministry for use with our Protestant and Non-Denominational Worshipers.

So to our Catholic brothers and sisters in Christ, please don’t take offense. We understand Catholics and Protestants have specific theological differences and we can all get along because we share the same purpose, that is, a life with Christ and Heaven ever after. This is to say that stating with significant difference between the two denominations; Protestants don't put as much emphasis on Mary as do Catholics.

Protestants believe we don't need a mediator to talk to God. When the veil was torn from top to bottom (Mark 15:37-38) we believe God tore the veil as a symbolic act to say Christ's death removed the barrier that separated us from God. Now we can come to God ourselves at anytime and any place.

The following is just our Protestant Version of the Dalriadan Celtic Rosary Prayer, using God, and Christ to worship rather than Mary, and encompass purposeful communication between God, Jesus, and you.
