Jobs – Helping men & women of all ages to Achieve Their Full Potential!
We here at Project PHD believe that advancing the common good is less about helping one person at a time & more about changing systems (as we know them) to help all of us. We are all connected & interdependent. We all win when a person has the dignity of receiving a paycheck. When a person has his/her dignity (a job) research shows that the children of parents earning a paycheck succeeds far better in school than those with parents who do not receive a paycheck from working. When families are financially stable; our churches, communities, states & country as a whole is a lot healthier & more secure.
The Mission of Project PHD is to create long-lasting changes by addressing the underlying causes of the unemployment & underemployed problems. We will build the strongest representation for employment this country has ever seen allowing us a bargaining seat at the Federal, State, & local levels with the kind of leverage that makes an impact. By you working with us with one voice means you are actively being a part of this much needed change. It takes everyone in the community working together to create a brighter future. Give. Advocate. Volunteer. “Join Us To Speak With One Voice!”
Take A Stand: Change an unemployed or under-employed person’s life. Restore their human dignity with a job by becoming a PHD partner.
While gathering family history records over the years, you’ve probably been preserving them physically. So why consider preserving them digitally now? This paper discusses the benefits and challenges of using digital preservation to both augment and enhance the preservation of your family history records. It also presents solutions to the challenges, identifies what types of family history records are suitable for digital preservation, and summarizes what is required to get started archiving digital records.
It's almost Harvest time; both on the earth's Fall calendar and spiritually speaking.
I've been learning lots about planting, growing, harvesting and preserving this year. It's interesting how much of what we do in the physical realm to plant seeds, water and nurture the soil and then gather the harvest and preserving it so we can enjoy it the coming year is likened to what God does with His Children.
I hope the information I share blesses you and helps you to prepare for the greatest end time harvest of all in God's Kingdom!

This would include taking action now to preserve their option to have children after cancer. Host Dawn Davenport talks with Dr. Michelle Ottey, Laboratory Director for Fairfax Cryobank, who works with male cancer patients; Dr. Stephen Lincoln, Medical Director of the Fertility Preservation Center for Cancer Patients at the Genetics and IVF Institute; and Lauren Haring, Director and Co-Founder of the Fertility Preservation Center for Cancer Patients at GIVF.

Ephesians 3:13 in whom we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him. Therefore I ask you not to lose heart at my tribulations on your behalf, for they are your glory. Developing perseverance through suffering and winning through prayer.
We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. Romans 5:3
The Apostle Paul wanted to drive home the importance of perseverance in prayer.
Olivia and Carter Ries, One More Generation
Kids do care about the future. Here’s proof. One More Generation (OMG) was founded by two elementary students in Fayetteville, GA. Carter (now 13) and his sister Olivia (now 11.5) are extremely passionate about animals and conservation and vowed to do something about it. Their pet project? They have been adopting Cheetahs in South Africa over the past few years – ever since they heard that Cheetahs, along with so many other species were close to extinction, they knew they had to act. So, of course, they started a totally independent nonprofit, and started educating other kids in every way you can imagine. Carter and Olivia have received a prestigious award from Captain Planet. And yes, I repeat, neither is old enough to drive. Don’t you want to join me? This show sponsored by Chapman Automotive.
