She is a presenter and media contributor with certifications in personal training and multiple group exercise disciplines including TRX, Bosu and Surfset. She teaches classes at The Beverly Hills Club as well as doing in-home private training. Her business is called Aftercise which sells Sore Body Soak and online diet and fitness plans. Jody is an active member of Embassy Covenant Church International in Troy, Michigan. She has 2 sons ages 11 an 8, and is happily married.
