On this episode of The Spirit Of EFT Show I am delighted to bring you my interview with Emma Bailey where she shares her story from being bullied to finding her own life purpose through making a promise to an ill treated horse.
Emma is a qualified EFT, Inner RePatterning and Reiki Master Teacher/Trainer as well as being a master practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy™ and Scenar Therapy.
Emma combines the science and knowledge of EFT, NLP, mindfulness and various types of energy medicine, with her knowledge of classical horsemanship in order to facilitate emotional, behavioural and physical change in both people and horses.
She is passionate about helping people to develop and nurture their equine partnership, releasing stress and tension in both themselves and their horses through learning to ‘connect and reflect’ whilst working with the horse. Her work helps people to:
• Improve physical, emotional and mental well-being for both horse and owner through a unique integration of energy therapies.
• Work with and release past trauma
• Overcome limitation and ‘blocks’, both in life and in riding, through learning to connect and reflect with the horse
• Improve competitive performance, releasing nerves and tension and improving focus; learn to ‘get in the zone’,
Emma's work takes her regularly around the North West of England as well as further afield by request and she works via skype on an international basis. Plus residential courses will be offered starting later this year in the lovely Delamere Forest in Cheshire UK.

Black Cowboys ... Need I Say More?
We helped tame the West, moved cattle across great distances, were known as great horse-breakers, and excellent rodeo performers. Even the name "Cowboy" itself may refer to the slave cow herders who had experience moving cattle in Africa.
Join the controversial Alex Primo and ever-knowledgeable Asha Zuri Thursday May 5th, 2016 at 9 pm EST (6 pm PST, 7 pm MST, or 8 pm CST) as we explore the history of Black Cowboys and their legacy in America. As usual, we did the jobs that others wouldn't or couldn't do. Taming horses that haven't been properly broken. Cooking reasonable meals from meager rations. Even finding ways to soothe disgruntled cattle. Tune in and learn about your history, the Black Cowboy, the real heroes of the Wild West.

New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author, M. Leighton, is a native of Ohio. She relocated to the warmer climates of the South, where she can be near the water all summer and miss the snow all winter. Possessed of an overactive imagination from early in her childhood, Michelle finally found an acceptable outlet for her fantastical visions: literary fiction. Having written over a dozen novels, these days Michelle enjoys letting her mind wander to more romantic settings with sexy Southern guys, much like the one she married and the ones you'll find in her latest books. When her thoughts aren't roaming in that direction, she'll be riding horses, swimming in ponds and experiencing life on a ranch, all without leaving the cozy comfort of her office.
A note from Michelle: I love coffee and chocolate, even more so when they are combined. I'm convinced that one day they could be the basis for world peace. I also love the color red and am seriously considering dying my hair.

They call the Kentucky Derby the most exciting two minutes in sports, and for many racing fans, it's certainly among the most memorable. In this week's series of short Derby Moments podcasts, we'll visit with several racing folks for their fondest Kentucky Derby memories. We'll meet:
someone who cashed big when a horse narrowly avoided a serious fall;
someone who tells you what it was like to be on the roof of the grandstand when Mine That Bird won the Derby at 50-1 odds;
someone who parlayed his Kentucky Derby winnings into, of all things, a new dog;
In this episode: Keith Feustle, who is on the Equibase team that produces the official charts, talks about what it's like to call the chart while 20 horses turn for home and 160,000 fans lose their minds.
