Dolph Lundgren's motion picture debut came in the 1985 James Bond feature A VIEW TO A KILL. ‘I’m on screen for no more than ten seconds, if you blink you miss me...’. But, it was Dolph’s performance in ROCKY IV later that year that got him noticed worldwide. After a 9 month audition process among 5,000 hopefuls, Dolph was chosen by Sylvester Stallone to be his fearsome Soviet opponent in the ring, Captain Ivan Drago. From here Dolph build a solid career as an international action-hero & has since starred in more than thirty-five feature films. In the eighties & nineties, Lundgren played the classic action lead in such films as MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE, SHOWDOWN IN LITTLE TOKYO co-starring the late Brandon Lee & BLACKJACK by Hong-Kong action legend John Woo. In the 90’s Lundgren also turned in some memorable performances as the main villain to other action stars, most notably in UNIVERSAL SOLDIER opposite Jean Claude Van Damme, directed by Roland Emmerich & “JOHNNY MNEMONIC opposite Keanu Reeves. Dolph made the move behind the camera to become a director six years ago. Since then, Dolph has directed five feature films. His production company Thor Pictures is currently developing several projects, which he will produce, star & direct. His two latest projects are a feature he co-wrote & directed, COMMAND PERFORMANCE produced by Avi Lerner & Nu Image Films – & ICARUS, a neo-noir thriller, shot in Vancouver, BC. In 2009 Dolph co-starred with fellow action star Jean-Claude Van Damme in UNIVERSAL SOLDIER REGENERATION, a sequel to the film that paired the two European actors back in the 90’s. Shirley Ann and Asia Prioleau exposes how the jail system impacts not only the individual who is incarcenrated but it the burden it brings on all concerned. Even though choices are sometimes made that are bad, God does have a provision where He works all things out for the good of those who love Him that are called according to His purpose as mentioned in Romans 8:28. These two woman share how looking in the wrong places also leads to bad decisions. The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus comes to bring life and life more abundantly (John 10:10).

Tonight's show will be "All Good" and if you say the right things, maybe we'll "make you famous".
We will begin with our Promotion Spotlinght which tonight will be East Coast Pro Wrestling. They have some interesting events coming up and we are looking forward to having them for their first appearance with us.
Our first guest tonight is a young (22) up and coming star who is being seen by a national audience thanks to our friends at Paragon Pro Wrestling. He was originally trained for the business by Spike Dudley. He started out as a referee (there you go Steve) and turned into an active wrestler four years ago. In addition to Paragon, where he has been not only a singles wrestler but has also teamed with our friend The Gentleman Brawler Eric Right, whom Anthony has renamed R-Dizzle (we may have to get Eric on to speak on this) he has also appeared for Tommy Dreamer's House Of Hardcore, Chaotic Pro Wrestling, New England Wrestling and many others.
Brian Winbush came to our attention not just for his being part of Lucha Underground, but because he trained at the famous Santino Brothers Wrestling School. He maybe has some Joey Munoz stories he can tell us. In addition to Lucha Underground he has been involved in Pro Wrestling Guerilla, Lucha VaVoom, NWA Championship Wrestling From Hollywood, Freakshow Wrestling and many more. He has also won several titles throughout his career. He also has a connection to Jim Cornette so we'll have to see if he has any stories about him.
Steve, Katie and Sean will be ready for your questions via chat, Skype or phone at 347-850-8033. We hope you will enjoy our show.
In Episode 183 (yes, 183, after three years you'd think Jeffrey would doublecheck these things) of Amazin' Avenue Audio, Jeffrey and Brian cover the good, the bad, and the ugly of the first three weeks of Mets baseball. Michae Conforto is good, but how good can he be? Jeurys Familia has been bad, well not that bad, but not good, and we are a little worried. The Nats have been very good, and that is very bad, while Travis d'Arnaud's injury history gets a little bit uglier. We also answer an e-mail on the Mets pitchers high BABIP against, and on Neil Walker's HR/FB%, mmmmm sabery. We wrap things up with an IFK Goteborg update and a possibly important announcement.

Our timing may be perfect as we broadcast right before Easter on good carbs vs bad carbs. In the 2000's after the "War on Fat" subsided we turned our attention to carbs. Carbs became the vilian after the release of Atkins, South Beach Diet and in some ways the Paleo Diet. All of the sudden people are just supposed to eat meat without bread, grains and in some cases vegetables. The problem is our bodies need carbs! I'll explain why and which carbs you need to sustain life, energy and stay fit! You can now catch us live streaming on Periscope (@goproveg).
Eric Reese and LaWanda Smith-Dudley will discuss The Good and Bad of Reality TV/Social Media
It's about damned time that we get our own voice on The Bad Habits Network! Join all of us B*tches as we talk about life for us and help out our fellow B*tches.

Born and raised in Atlanta GA Tinnie Garlington has always
had a passion for teaching. At preschool age Tinnie would tell
the class "don't listen to the teacher, listen to me". As she
grew older "life" happened and she became a mother at the
age of 14. Even though she traveled from school to school,
living with anyone who would take her in, she never gave up
on learning. Through those experiences she began to write in
notebooks about how she was feeling and in some cases
make up stories so that she could escape her reality. A high
school dropout with no one to turn to but God, she decided at
the age of 20 to go back to school to obtain her GED. Times
were still tough, but she made it. Shortly after graduating
from Atlanta Job Corps, she decided to attend GMI Georgia
Medical Institute for her certification as a Medical Administrative Assistant.
The journey was still bumpy, but through her will to succeed, she graduated
with honors. With a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green belt and
Professional Project Manager, Ms. Garlington is working on owning her own
consulting firm. After twelve years of working towards her Bachelor’s Degree
in Business Management, she will finally add the letters “BA” to her business
card in the Summer of 2016.
