Organization isn’t just blocking out the clutter in your workspace but also blocking out the clutter in your mental state. All too often we are quick to grab a tool, filing system or look for some quick fix. We don’t take enough thinking time to organize our thoughts and gain clarity around what drives us mentally so we can set up our environment to support that.
Todays takeaways will be 5 steps of organizing any space.

Manipura :, English: "jewel city") or better know as Solar Plexus/Navel Chakra is the third primary chakra according to Hindu tradition. The message of the third chakra is, "You have the power to choose". It is the center of willpower. While the Sacral Chakra in our (Part 2) we learned it seeks pleasure and enjoyment of which there is nothing wrong with that. The third chakra is all about the perception of who you are. Fire is the element of the Solar Plexus; fire purifies the past and energizes progress towards mental awareness and spiritual development. This chakra is where we get our "Gut Instincts" that signal us what to do when we need guidance.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with the color yellow. This is the area which defines our "self-esteem." The personality that develops during puberty is housed in this chakra known as the ego. Join Ma'am G.g. , Michelle Garrett. and Mieasha Stroud with Energy Specialist Rafiya The Light Worker on HLT0's, The 6th DAY , as we learn more on Part 3 of our 7 Part Series on The Seven Main Priciples of Chakra
