Mental illness, is a plague that is destroying the young and the old. Your attitude needs to be positive at all times, and that requires that you take control over you mind. Don’t allow things or people who are negative and derogatory to have any influence over your thoughts, such as a man thinketh, so is he. Change your thoughts so you can healthy in mind and body!
