As Ms. Noon says, "The U.S. wind energy business ...enjoyed an entitled childhood at taxpayer expense, and, by now, should have blossomed into an adult.” Sadly, wind energy is more like the adult offspring living in the taxpayer’s basement, not able to function without assistance and with no plan to strike out on their own. Indeed, wind energy would not exist but for the subsidies. General Electric and billionaire Warren Buffet received the bulk of that taxpayer largesse, totaling billions of dollars.

Hello ladies and germs!!!!!! Tonight Big and Beefy will be Chewing The Fat with a bunch of great entertaining chefs from two different seasons of Hell's Kitchen.
First we got Chef Jeremy Madden from HK Season 11. Word is that this guy is talented as well as out of his mind funny. It looks like J man will fit right in with the antics of Rob and Clem.
We also have calling in from Tennesee ..,..., My favorite chef from this season of HK ( besies my buddy Chef Frank Bilotti ) ...Chef Sterling Wright. This guy just bursts me up when he is on camera. I think he should be a Stand Up Chef!!!!! Just his facial expressions get me laughing. Some people say I have a man crush on him.. ( its not that kinda love ) but we can all say that this chef is "MR. WRIGHT".
IN STUDIO WE HAVE A TREAT FOR ALL OF YOU. We will be visited by one of the great up and coming chefs that Rob has had the privelage of working with at a few points. Right now he is the chef at a farm in New Jersey where he does it all. He butchers, cooks, caters and even is my personal meat purveyor for all my special needs. I introduce you all to Chef Mike Osgar. We will be talking grass fed beef and the most delicious pork I have ever passed through these lips.
Also The Curvacious Cook will be chatting about her trip to Chicago where she assisted Chef Rich Mancini from Hell's Kitchen 12 at The Food Festival there.

Proceeds of this event will benefit the Support for Susana Fund and The Tommy Lindsey Supplemental Needs Fund. After such a succesful WING FIGHT at Chef Eddie Canlons Restaurant in November, Chef Klaus Kronsteiner and owner Frank Peterpaul decided to continue the charity cook offs by coming up with this one.
On the bill as always is Chef Rob Burmeister, Chef Clemenza Caserta Jr., Chef Eddie Canlon, Chef John Sierp and Chef Barret Beyer. Chef Lou Marfoglio is also coming in from The Island. Staten Island is heading into Jersey from a real deal Throwdown. Chef Klaus, Chef David Viana and Chef Sean Wilson from NJ will be there too as well as some firemen and novice cooks.

As a former journalist, Lain has chronicled her experiences, and as a "Voice for Victims" she is working on her first book, and screenplay. Lain also shares her experience of relying on her faith to guide her, lift her, and ultimately save her, not only from the devastating effects of the physical violence, but from the demoralizing mental torture she endured. As speaker and advocate for victims of domestic violence, Lain emphasizes the importance, and responsibility of "getting out."
