All the signs seem to come down that Pope Frances is the anti-Christ. I feel compelled to reveal this. I will explain this in detail.
I will take your psychic questions.

WHEN THE WINDS BLOW
“Years ago a farmer owned land along the Atlantic seacoast. He constantly advertised for hired hands. Most people were reluctant to work on farms along the Atlantic. They dreaded the awful storms that raged across the ocean, wreaking havoc on the buildings and crops. As the farmer interviewed applicants for the job, he received a steady stream of refusals.
Finally, a short, thin man, well past middle age, approached the farmer. "Are you a good farmhand?" the farmer asked him.
"Well, I can sleep when the wind blows," answered the little man.
Although puzzled by this answer, the farmer, desperate for help, hired him. The little man worked well around the farm, busy from dawn to dusk, and the farmer felt satisfied with the man's work.
Then one night the wind howled loudly in from offshore. Jumping out of bed, the farmer grabbed a lantern and rushed next door to the hired hand's sleeping quarters. He shook the little man and yelled, "Get up! A storm is coming! Tie things down before they blow away!" (LISTEN TO THE SHOW FOR THE REST OF THE STORY)
Trust impacts us 24/7, 365 days a year. It undergirds and affects the quality of every relationship, every communication, every work project, every business venture, every effort in which we are engaged. It changes the quality of every present moment and alters the trajectory and outcome of every future moment of our lives—both personally and professionally.
In business, trust is established through reputation. Jesus has been our “brand” for some years and we still have trouble being an unpaid advertiser for Him. Do we distribute Christ’s trust in the marketplace? Look at EBAY…millions of people trust complete strangers EVERY year.

John Lennon's vivacious, witty, and wonderful sound engineer at the Record Plant, Dennis Ferrante, stopped by the studio to talk with Jude Southerland Kessler the week after the passing of the lovely Cynthia Lennon. And in the sad events of that week, his interview (which is AMAZING and so funny! and so honest!!!) didn't get the attention it deserved. Many of you have mentioned that you missed it and would like to have it re-run. So, here it is! Grab a Coke or a cuppa and settle in. Dennis will delight you from the moment he starts speaking until the hour ends (too soon for my taste). He is brilliant!
Over the next few weeks Johnnie and Daniel will be diving into the thoughts and ideas of Pope Frances on leadership. Reporter Gary Hamel with the Harvard Review delivered what Johnnie and Daniel believe to be one of the most progressive articles on the topic of leadership in the 21st century.
The disease of thinking we are immortal, immune, or downright indispensable,[and therefore] neglecting the need for regular check-ups. A leadership team which is not self-critical, which does not keep up with things, which does not seek to be more fit, is a sick body. A simple visit to the cemetery might help us see the names of many people who thought they were immortal, immune, and indispensable! It is the disease of those who turn into lords and masters, who think of themselves as above others and not at their service. It is the pathology of power and comes from a superiority complex, from a narcissism which passionately gazes at its own image and does not see the face of others, especially the weakest and those most in need. The antidote to this plague is humility; to say heartily, “I am merely a servant. I have only done what was my duty.”

This week’s podcast comes courtesy of a blog posted by a young man studying at The Princeton Theological Seminary. He asks the question which titles our podcast: How Would Jesus Date? Intriguing to me. Even better are the thoughts he shares with us. Thank you, John Paul Cooke for sharing these thoughts and allowing me to use them in this podcast.
Born in Alabama, I was a gypsy for much of my life. I’ve been privileged to live in amazing places from Washington, D.C. to Orlando, FL, and even Minot N.D! I now make my home in the Chattanooga, TN area. I came here in 2000, and with the exception of a short sojourn away due to family responsibilities, this has become my adopted home town. (Check it out here.)
I have been a communicator all my life. Starting with theater in high-school and college, I have worked with people through sales and sales management or customer service positions for my entire professional life.
I am married with one son and a step-daughter and two granddaughters and a grandson on the way!
