Political satire...the end of an era!!!

    in Pop Culture

It is with deep regret that The Doc will be reporting on the end of an era on broadcast television...Jon Stewart has left The Daily Show, and his loyal followers anxiously await the debut of his replacement, Trevor Noah.  Stewart, an icon, will undoubetedly be a hard act to follow.  In his own words, Stewart claims to be "just a comedian" reporting the news. However, to many milennials, he is the voice of the news. The Rebellious Rev and The Doc will also give you their "take" on the GOP debate televised on FOX News last night. Call us at 646-595-3275 and have your coffee.

Get an A+ in COUNTRY, a fine Pres: 120 Million Write-In Ballots: Curtis Clinton

    in Elections

Money & Name Recognition, no matter how bad the name, Buys the Presidency Once again: are you going to stand for it or just sit down and let it happen. I always think of a better way to do things. It works, but i seldom to never get any takers. Is this because my ideas are bad, too hard, too honest? My ideas are real, cost efficient, honest as the mass of our Sun. The problem which i face is the problem of stucknes. Stuckness is a word meaning: 1.) 'we have been doing this for years' - WE HAVE 2 POLITICAL PARTIES WHICH GOVERNN OUR COUNTRY FOR BETTER OR WORSE; 2.) 'now is not the time for change, we are in the middle of something' - THE AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE ACT IS WORKING FOR 30,000 Americans - - not 100,000 or 400,000; 3,) 'we are doing good' - OUR UNENPLOYMENT IS DOWN TO 4.9% - -WE DON'T COUNT EVERYONE WHO IS UN-EMPLOYED, JUST THOSE Americans WHO STILL CAN FILE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE; 5.) 'what is your pro-fession, how much experience do you have, do you have a degree, where did you go to school, how long have you been working' - I AM UNEMPLOYED, I HAVE A BS & MBA WITH 30+ CREDITS IN ACCOUNTING with TAXATION,  I GRAD-UATED FROM ST. FRANCIS COLLEGE - - not big enough for you, never heard of it, does it help that I was drafted during college and did my active duty doing college in less than 4 years.. My idea for a political free White House is exquisite and affordable. It reminds me of new nation finding its way. Can you find your way away from 2 Political Parties separating us from each other, setting up walls between us, tearing our nation apart. Are we Democrats over being Americans. Can Americans find true honest candidates resembling the people.

I believe that we need a person who represents most of us in every detail: height, weight, honesty, expectation and standing for the right thing….  bwell  c2it

More madness. The kind that's prone to lead to panic, if not outright collapse

    in Politics Conservative

Remember Jeb Bush? He's really desperate to get is name back in the news. We'll share an example on this week's show.

Meanwhile, the expanding dysfunction of the American political system put itself on display last Monday in Iowa. And conservative Americans are more deeply dividing into competing factions.

Let's also dive into the definition of "natural born citizen." No, those who ratified the Constitution didn't leave a detailed definition. On the other hand, the Constitution doesn't require a U.S. birrth certificate to run for president.

Meanwhile, Europe keeps muddling along. At least is seems to be. As long as you present rape can be stopped by just saying no. And ignore the loss of consumer confidence in the continent's big banks.

We've been saying for a while now that 2016 was going to be one ugly year.

Thus far, it's exceeding our expectations for only being a month and a few days in.

Talking about it at noon on Friday.
