But Frank Habineza, the chairperson of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, did not agree with other party leaders, arguing that Article 101 should be maintained to enable a healthy succession in power.

Also, most political parties also said that a mandate of seven years be maintained for the head of state but leaders of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) and the Democratic Union of the Rwanda People asked for the mandate to be reduced to five years.

  • A Better Person to be President Is On Blog Talk Radio At 5:30pm - Curtis Clinton

    in Elections

The title says it. Why? It makes sense. My place is not so different from yours, maybe a little better. We have more common ground than the others. I am not campaigning for your money, am not a Politician, will not be, will be among the best smart Commander-In-Chiefs, even protecting our military men and women. Your day to day is closer to ours and we live it with nearly similar DNA: Daily Numerous Adversities; Daily Numerous Ailments; Daily Numerous Aspirations. Yes, an unknown person has little chance to be seen by you. I know that it appears stupid to do this. It may even look more than stupid. But it’s not that stupid when you consider all the stupid things that are going on right now, that have just happened or will with politics. Please see me in a better smart light. I say things that you may not like or want to hear. But they are said for our own good. They need to be said and brought to light and right. There are some well known people running for President. I am not one of them. I am one among many, if you can understand that in all its fullness. It is surmised that when you reach the White House, things change you. Except for becoming better, I will not change the good, right, smart within me or what must and should be done. I want much better for all, even you and our cohabitant animals and our earth. The White House belongs to you, with a person of the people, ordinary if necessary and not to a Political Party. If you see it that way, could you and will you put together 120,000,000 Write-In Ballots for a Presidency being for us, with just one of us in there seeing to a better United States and for Americans of all blood types of O's, A's, B's and AB's. If that many are cast, we will not have a divided country or Congress. One willing caring for all doing person can start a better world. You can begin with such a President. This idea is for you, c2it, i am Curt Clinton, c2…

Sound collision. There's enough going wrong that something big may break.

    in Politics Conservative

    Hard to recognize America today.

The coming 2016 election takes on a surreal tone, as real estate tycoon and reality TV star Donald Trump surges on the Republican side, while died-in-the-wool 1960s style socialist Bernie Sanders seems to be making inroads with the Dems.

And then there's political correctness. The PC police work overtime to censor any candidate who dares stray from narrow yet ambiguous party approved talking points.

    But wait, there's more.

Politics is just one of the areas where the so-called fundamentally changed America is starting to show its dark side. Rising levels of brazen depravity have a growing grip on our urban centers but, again, to discuss such things is contrained by politcal correctness.

What's the best course of action from here?

Do we just keep playing the tired appearance of a two party system?

Can Trump or Sanders shake things up enough that a corrupt status quo begins to give-way?

Any chance Trump and Sanders are just more distractions to keep us from digging into other alernatives?

Time to start thinking outside the box. Especially the box that political elites have worked so hard to put you in.

The Book of Revelations pt. 5

    in Religion

Greetings Friends, Saints, and Family. Today the study of the seven churches in the book of revelations will continue with the church of Pergamos. Here God is telling the angel of the church in pergamos to write and reveal that their works are known; and he commends them for holding fast to the name of God, and for not denying the faith (even in those days where Antipas was a faithful martyr who was slain where Satan dwells). These were mid-evil days during the Roman empior.

Today, all that's left of the city of Pergamum, now in modern-day Turkey, are ruins. But when the Apostle John wrote his letter to the church there, it was one of the most influential cities in the Roman Empire.

“Pergamum had a unique status that was different than any other city because it was the political center, says Rick Renner, the author of A Light in the Darkness, a study of the seven churches of Asia Minor. “It was from there that all the rulings were made that affected the whole of Asia Minor.”

The people of Pergamum were inventors and innovators. They perfected a parchment made out of calfskin and built the world's first psychiatric hospital. Pergamum was also a well-known center for the arts. The city’s theater seated ten thousand people a night. The acoustics were so good that a whisper on stage could be heard all the way in the top row.
