Tiptoe Through Life
You walk, you run and you move around all day on your feet and suddenly that pain shoots through like an arrow and you begin to tiptoe back home, back to the chair to sit down. You may not think about it, but your feet are trying to tell you something. The health of your feet, despite the distance from your heart can affect your overall health. If you have a headache, you get an aspirin, when your feet hurt you may not think of it as a problem, but your feet can develop certain health problems because they are the farthest from your heart. Your heart pumps blood from your heart but if there is a serious medical condition the blood flow to your legs and feet can be reduced and cause them not to get what they need to thrive.
When you have a problem who do you talk to and what do you do? Do you have information about who to turn to to get the treatment you need and when you get the treatment is it appropriate? We are going to equip you with malpractice tips for patients who may have experienced problems after having foot surgery. WE don’t want you tiptoeing through life. Dr. Philip Obiedzinski a certified podiatrist will walk you through many ailments such as diabetes, hammer toes, bunions and athletes foot. Come walk with someone who can make your tootsies feel better.
My guest today is an amazing gentleman who flies across the world to help children with severe foot deformities and injuries put a smile back on their face and a jump in their step. He performs hundreds of surgeries while suffering from a paralyzed right shoulder. He has also organized the donation of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of health supplies.
Podiatric Surgeon, Dr. Charles Morelli is in the house today.
