When an idea hit Rich Behen while still in college he didn't push it aside. He graduated Northern Illinois University, went on to become a Certified Public Accountant and start his own accounting firm but continued to work on his idea.
Rich did not allow failures, lack of time or money to deter him. For 30 years he worked to bring his dream of a lightweight easy to mount plow for use on small vehicles (ATVs, Tractors, etc) to fruition.
In January 2012 he become the founder and CEO of Nordic Plow which in just over a year has been so successful that the estimated sales this year are $2.5 million.

This Matt's first "real" winter in 12 years... yet it seems like yesterday.
Holy s#!t, people! Winter makes you all crazy! Give me the "good ole days" of 50 being cold, not "a warmup" in between arctic snowstorms. I swore I would never own a winter coat again. Guess what my wife boiught me last month. Driving on these roads is like riding a bicycle, you never forget... I just wish I didn't have to remember.
Enough about that, what makes you crazy during the winter? Is it the shovelling, sweeping, scraping of ice and snow off of your cars, sidewalks and driveways? Do they plow the streets well where you live? What's it like getting around town? Do people drive better or worse around this time of year? Are you in LA and want to rub it in about how gorgeous the weather has been? Share your tales of wintertime woe, as we gather 'round the fire and spread a little "holiday cheer".

This episode starts with Benjy totally not regretting his choice to not drink the night before at an industry party. While James and special guest Rebecca Trent feel the opposite. They plow through and bring on Megan Sullivan who has gone through a transformation in her life thanks to a chance discussion with God.

As I the inquisitive host of SevsDeadSerious wonder as we plow into the mid-term elections with the fury of D-Day and see the rhetoric of Right Wingnuts, the TeaParty, all over the media, expounding something about the Constitution was designed for this, that and the other thing. It REALLY does NOT matter, I don't believe any of them have actually read the ENTIRE Constitution in its entirety and for those who have then please show your expertise, etc. NOT! While he may be an average President, the members of the TeaParty are fighting him, demeaning him, obstructing hime and generally loathing him based on NOT his politics as they would like you to believe, but the color of his skin...period. Look at all that fat white trash parading under the TeaParty banner...all broke ass and taking advantage of gov't subsidies and healthcare now more affordable for their trailer park living scum...no I am not angry but please join me...I'm not done.
Go to the ant thous sluggard consider her ways and be wise. , How long wilt thous sleep, O sluggard when wilt thous arise out of sleep? yet a little sleep , a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep;.give not sleep to thine eyes, nor slumber to thine eyelids. the sluggard is not sensitive to the voice of God..The sluggard will not plow by reason of the coldtherefore shall he beg in harvest , and have nothing.
Life is a Journey friends, filled with mountains and valley’s. Have you ever been in a place in your walk with God that was full of uncertainty about your future? Have you ever felt that the encouragement you needed was nowhere to be found? How about your relationships? Have you ever felt inadequate to be able to stand in the company or circle of friends that God has sent to your life? Well I have a confession to make friends we all have been there including me. Through this teaching I hope that you can draw strength from the message of love and trust in God to be able to see you to your expected end. He surely has plans for your life but don't ruin it because you fear you are not worthy. We all have a past but it is important that we know how to move forward. Luke 9:62 Jesus replied, "No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God." So its time friends to look forward in some things so we can bless others.

Stephanie D. McKenzie - Relationship Coach aka Steph the Coach 7:15pm
People often ask me how I became, “Coach Steph.” So…here goes… As the “goto” girl for relationship advice, I prided myself on being able to help people see what they couldn’t see was effecting their situation–romantic, platonic, family or as we now say, “complicated.” However, life took me through some changes, and no one was there to do that for me (I need a clone).
I was a misfit in junior high and high school, made popular through expensive clothes, and the fact that I had a computer when having a computer was a luxury. (I loved–and still have–my Apple IIe.) I hid a very powerful bout with low self-esteem in these things, and it took years for me to “love me with no clothes on.” But, I am here to tell you it can be done…no matter what you look like, or what size you wear.
