And, it’s for sure, they do outstanding things thereafter… But they’re no longer feats of prowess or ego-driven spectaculars…
What happens there? What is it?...
What is this mystical presence that the scientists – yet – cannot measure that makes every spiritually aware person hyper tuned into the ages, to the purpose of the Cosmos?
Machu Picchu is the most sacred ground of the Incas… It contains several temples, and there are only a select number in the world at or above this elevation of 2,430 meters…
And at Machu Picchu you find the Inca Temple of the Sun. This is one of those select places on Earth – this one being 1½ miles in elevation – where light shines through a tiny aperture in the Temple wall at the exact moment of the June Summer Solstice when the life-giving sun is coming for a new generative cycle is born.
Pristine, powerful electronic rays from the sun shine through the small opening in the Temple wall lighting onto a sacred rock, the mineral connection, the magnetic rod to the core of the Earth, the spiritual foundations of the Universe.

Today we are broadcasting a pre-recorded interview with Jody Florman. Jody was a guest on the show earlier this year when she spoke about her artwork. This time she confides about what happens when she gets behind the camera – be prepared to enter a world of stunning photographic vision. “… all of a sudden I totally understood abstract art because I had an emotional reaction. It was a field of colour that was a universe unto itself – but it could have been anything … you could transport in any direction that your emotions would carry you in that moment.” “That happens a lot with photography because it’s so immediate. You click the shutter, you go look at what you’ve taken, and you see things that you didn’t realise that you’re seeing – and it’s a discovery … over and over again.” Visit her website http://www.jodyflormanphotography.com/ for examples of her photography.
Claire Morris, photograph extraordinaire, has been taking photographs since 1999. She became fascinated with photography in college, when a friend of hers showed her a coke can that she said was a camera. She was insanely amazed!
It was the beginning of her love affair with photography. She quickly completed her art course and chose to study photography at her University. She bought an old camera, built a dark room in her bathroom and then everyone she knew become her model.
Her love for music is what inspired her photographic career. She began photographing the live music scene in 2001, which led to work published regularly in magazines such as NME and Kerrang.
She also worked in fashion for a while, this led to high-profile work for clients such as Tony & Guy, Wella, Fashions Finest, Hobs, Renaissance and many design agencies both in studio and on location.
Many years of experience behind the lens and 6 years of University qualifications enabled her to lecture part time for 4 years for Further and Higher Education photography courses at Harrogate College and Leeds Metropolitan University. During that time, she became a Finalist in The Association of Photographers Lecturers Photography Awards 2009.
After experiencing many different photographic specialisms, Claire found that wedding and portraits are where her true love lies. She loves photographing on-location portraits and beautiful weddings.
Claire now spends her time between France and the UK and calls both Paris and Yorkshire “home”. Claire says she knows she is lucky because she can really be based and work from anywhere and experience all the world has to offer.

This week on the Brian The Hammer Show we talk about the origins of "Halloween"
-What are the best Horror Films of all time?
-Is it ever ok for a white person to be in a "Black Face"? Even in the name of a Halloween Costume? Do you think Julianne Hough is being attacked unfairly?
Halloween, A contraction of "All Hallows' Evening", also known as All Hallows' Eve, is a yearly celebration observed in a number of countries on October 31. Hallowmas, the time in the liturgical year dedicated to remembering the dead, including Saints (Hallows), Martyrs and all the faithful departed believers.
According to many scholars, All Hallows' Eve is a Christianized feast initially influenced by Celtic harvest festivals, with possible pagan roots, particularly the Gaelic Samhain. Other academics maintain that it originated independently of Samhain and has solely Christian roots.
Typical festive Halloween activities include trick-or-treating (or the related "Guising" or "Trunk-or-treating), attending costume parties, decorating, carving pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns, lighting bonfires, apple bobbing, visiting haunted attractions, playing pranks telling scary stories and watching horror films.
The word Halloween dates back to about 1745 and is of Christian origin. Over time (All) Hallow(s) E(v)en evolved into Halloween.
Development of artifacts and symbols associated with Halloween formed over time. Jack-O'-Lanterns are traditionally carried by guisers on All Hallows' Eve in order to frighten evil spirits. There is a popular Irish Christian folktale associated with the Jack O'Lantern which in lore, is said to represent a "Soul who has been denied entry into both Heaven and Hell"

This program we discuss one of the most common church rites but possible one of the least understood .... water baptism .... or the baptism unto repentance.
Mat 3:13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. Mat 3:14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? Mat 3:15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. Mat 3:16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: Mat 3:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
Heb 12:13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.
Heb 12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
Tim Phillips has campaigned on animal protection issues for 30 years. His video and photographic images have exposed animal suffering and as a scriptwriter, director and editor. Tim has been awarded for his animal protection documentaries, advertisements and training videos. He has co-authored many reports and articles and helped draft animal protection legislation. Lion Ark is his first feature film. He directs and appears in the documentary Lion Ark as Vice President and co-founder (along with wife Jan Creamer) of Animal Defenders International (ADI). This film tracks the journey the group takes to rescue 25 lions from a life of torturous conditions in Bolivia's circuses. The group helped to put an end to circuses in this country and in others, and the rescued lions were sent to a Wildlife Refuge in Colorado. This is just one of the many animal rescues they have completed.
In the Television Industry this would be known as the Pilot Episode or Season 01 Episode 01. But this is not Television. This is Radio. So you can't see me but you can hear me. Which means no cameras, no lighting, no makeup, possibly no clothes. (That will be a show time decision.) Point being, the 1st episode sometimes sucks. I hope it sucks so bad that everybody shares it with their friends and says "You've GOT to hear this.. It Sucks!" To me that would make it even more entertaining. So here goes.. Welcome to the first episode of The Drink Shrink Show!
