    in Blogs

The Only One Is Holding You Back is You, Hello and Welcome to the Dj Blog Network I'm Randy Johnson and in today's post it is, The Only One Is Holding You Back Is You, and what I mean by this is sometimes we want things in life but we just keep putting it off and putting it off and not let it happen, and the longer we do this the harder it is and the longer it takes, to achieve the things that we want in life.

Don’t Just Sit There … Do Something!

    in Women

Amber Koonce didn’t just spend her time in college partying. She became an advocate for people who needed a voice. She has spoken up for minority and elderly residents against gentrification. She was the youngest person appointed by the governor to serve of the North Carolina Council for Women. She has worked with incarcerated youths and helped integrate schools. She is also the founder and executive director of BeautyGap, a non-profit organization that distributes dolls of color to girls of color internationally. (www.beautygap.org/)

    What's So Funny About ADHD?

    in Health

    Welcome to our new time

Giving us more time for conversation I have extended Conversations In Care to an hour and will be introducing you to Tony Fischer and The Fischer Report.  Join us in conversation!

There is nothing I can say better than what my guest can say best.  So let me introduce you to Tom Nardone:

Tom Nardone- He is a fountain of insight, come drink from him on March 4th . His claim is, he is not a writer, although he plays one in real life.  Tom is a very funny blogger (tomnardone.net and adhdpeople.net). He presents a rare form of honesty, seldom seen on the blogosphere.  He has also written a book that should be out this year. Most recently he has started his own podcast called the "Tom Nardone Show" He is married and lives in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife Yvonne.

Tom Believes there are plenty of ADHD writers trying to help and change people, but there are none writing primarily to entertain ADHD People and make them feel good about who they are and what they are. Tom Has a love and a passion for inspiring people to live the life they want to live and not the life they are expected to live. His podcast is also a celebration of this belief.

Writeous Talk on Love & Relationships

    in Motivation

Writeous Talk on Love and Relationship is a show dedicated to thought-provoking content that encourages meaningful dialogue about love & relationships between single men and women who desire to be married. We'll discuss real issues that women talk about among themselves and men talk about among themselves, but rarely discuss openly between us. This show is not intended to pit men and women against one another as shows do which spark ratings/listenership, but does nothing to better our collective or individual understanding of one another which will ultimately improve the quality of our relationships. That is the mission and purpose of this show.

    ABOUT YOUR HOST:

Derek Q. Sanders is a published author, blogger, public speaker, songwriter, and a musician. He has traveled the country as a musician on two consecutive tours with international spoken word artist, Mike Ellison.

On love & relationships, Derek speaks from a place of transparency and truth. He writes from two key premises (1) in the current societal landscape, women are not only undervalued, they are devalued being routinely objectified daily through mainstream media and entertainment. He provides insightful content that uplifts with truth & love. (2) There are far too few platforms that encourage open and honest dialogue between men and women that center on real issues that affect the health and well-being of our relationships. He creates that needed space.

Derek's mission is to foster strong healthy relationships by providing thought-provoking commentary that creates the atmosphere for dialogue that invites meaningful conversations between men and women to improve the quality of our relationships by finding and offering viable solutions.
